It's been a pleasure to work with Tony and his crew. After they provided a competent quote, within a week, they installed two units.
Always arrive promptly at scheduled time. They are respectful of my property wearing shoe covers in carpeted areas.
Our HVAC was a complicated mess. Three company's could not resolve our noise issues. Tony came in and diagnosed and replaced what was improperly installed previous to us. We can now sleep without fans next to our beds. Perfection and expert workmanship was practiced by all who worked on our project.
We had CHH install a furnace, a/c unit and water heater last year, and not only were they professional, but extremely prompt when the furnace needed a few little adjustments. I am pleased with the service we've gotten from this company!
Tony and the team at Custom Home Heating and Air Inc are simply the best in the business. He’s helped me on my personal home with new work and service, and also does all of the hvac work for our residential remodeling company, Advantage Design + Remodel located in New Berlin.

Their honesty was a breath of fresh air this day and age. I am over the moon happy with how helpful and responsive both the office and the install crew were. Not only did they beat the other companies I had received quotes from, but their promptness and attentiveness to me and all my annoying questions was amazing. I have shared them to everyone I know. Tony and his team went the extra mile to help me today. I called a few places before I called them and they definitely earned my business. The representative who answered the phone was extremely kind, didn’t try to upsell me a membership package in order to book a service call.(like the previous company did) She assured me that help would be on the way within a certain time frame (same day) and they delivered. Tony arrived and he was pleasant, knowledgeable and got right to work to solve my issue in a timely manner. He took his time to show me the issue at hand, explained steps I can take to maintain my AC unit in the future and charged me a very fair price for his services. It’s very clear that Tony has built his business through his reputation of being trustworthy, honest and an expert within his craft. Two of the companies I called prior to deciding to give my business to CHH&A are well known names in the industry and the experience they provided pales in comparison to what Tony’s team delivered. Thank you guys so very much for your impressive same day service today. Your act of kindness to squeeze us into your schedule literally made our day and we’re so thankful for your help. Custom was able to fit me in with a same day appointment when my AC went out on the hottest day of the year. They were fast and got my house cool again. Tony is the man!

Tony, Carrie, and every member of their crew went above and beyond to ensure I had heat for winter. They even worked with my home warranty company, which anyone knows, is always a hassle. They even fixed my cold air return that was virtually non-existent before. I'm a single mom who knows nothing about the HVAC world, and they took their time explaining and answering all my questions. I would happily give them my money again! Thank you all SO MUCH!!!

Tony was very nice and incredibly responsive! He helped me fix an issue on my own without charge over the phone and came out for a second issue on very short notice. The price was excellent as well. Fantastic service and I will be using them in the future!
