I was looking to get an air-to-air exchanger installed in my home and reached out to get multiple companies based off recommendations, online reviews, and proximity to my house. Honestly there are so many companies out there that it's hard to sift through them all. American stood out in the quoting process because of Brandon's mix of chill vibe and nerdy building science info. It's what I was looking for, especially since he showed himself to be really honest, even if the answers I was looking for weren't what I wanted to hear. I remember as he was answering my question with a long, detailed explanation he stopped and asked "wait, are you interested in all this detail?" It was a nice out for me if I did, but I wanted to hear all the nerdy details! Brandon came back with a quote for the exchanger, along with a furnace and A/C as we were looking to get those replaced at some point too. The quote was inline with other companies in spots and better in others, which made the decision easy. The exchanger install was super smooth--Dave was on-time, professional, and did ultra-clean work. Sometimes companies sound great in the quoting process and don't follow through with the actual work. That was not the case with American. The best (worst?) part is while we didn't replace the furnace and A/C, my furnace happened to go out shortly after telling Brandon we'd wait on that. It was awesome to have a quote in hand with a company I knew would take care of me and start the work as fast as possible. It felt good to know I was getting the hardware I wanted as a price that worked with a company I knew would do a good job. It was a lot of money to pay for these three things, but I felt good giving that money to American. They earned it!
As always, Roger was super!!!! He was professional and friendly. I always enjoy talking with him. I recommend AH&AC to all my friends and tell them to ask to have him come for appointment!.

I had American Heating & Air Conditioning replace both my a/c and furnace and could not be happier. From the very thorough consultation all the way through completion of the job they were incredibly helpful and extremely quick to answer any questions I had. The install crew did a great job explaining the new systems to me and left my house looking cleaner than it was before they arrived! Simply said, I cannot recommend Brandon and American Heating & Air Conditioning enough.
I had gotten an estimate from Brandon to replace my ancient AC unit and 15 year old furnace back in October. Didn't pull the trigger right away until one Sunday morning woke up and the furnace was not working. Called Brandon on a Sunday afternoon and not only did he honor the original quote but he was able to get his team scheduled to install the new units quickly; what had been a nice to do home maintenance project became a must do project. The team from American Heating & AC did a great job on removing the old system and installing the new system. Polite and professional, the team also goes the extra mile to protect flooring and walls as they remove the old system and bring in the new one. They provided a great tutorial on the new system and the overall installation, pic attached, is clean meaning pipes were smartly routed and the unit was seamlessly integrated into the existing duct work. Extremely satisfied both the scheduling and workmanship. Most of the furnaces and AC units are manufactured in a handful of factories so at certain price points most units are pretty similar meaning the big difference often is the installation and support from the contractor. American Heating & AC is top notch.
My ecxpectations were again exceeded by American Heating. I have worked with them for many years and their service has always been outstanding. This time they diagnosed, gave me options, and installed a new furnace all within 24 hours. Their staff are so friendly and helpful. I recommend them often to friends, family and via my neighborhood app. Thanks American!

We have been customers for 20+ years, from the first installation in our new home to the latest installation of a new furnace. We have never been disappointed. John, Roger, Marilyn, Gary, Ben …. their professionalism, customer focus, knowledge and quality work put them in a league of their own.
This group knows what they are doing and was very responsive. The installers were professional and took the time to make sure I understood the many options on my new thermostat.

I really have to compliment American Heating & AC for the whole process! As a woman with a PhD in engineering, I am often frustrated with contractors who either mansplain to me or treat me like I am dumb - that was NOT the case with AHAC - Brandon was incredibly professional, and we had a great discussion about all of my potential options and he used real data to help me make a great choice. I will also say that their prices are fantastic - I got several quotes and between their professionalism and their price - they were an obvious choice. They came when they said they would, did the work they said they would, for the price they said, cleaned up after themselves and followed up after the install. HIGHLY recommend!!

Roger took the time to explain what was happening with my furnace. He was also kind enough to answer a handful of questions I had and provided some recommendations. I will call them again for future HVAC needs.
Fixed leaking humidifier by blowing out pvc drain. Tighten water supply packing. Adjusted water supply to humidifier. Repaired gas leak at the water heater gas supply shut off. I have Roger come out every year to maintain my furnace and air conditioning systems. He’s great and so is Marilyn in the office. Excellent customer service and professional service. Great company and employees!
I've used American Heating for five years. I just had Roger inspect the furnace at my new house. I appreciated his explaining and helping me understand the condition and workings of the furnace.
