James and his son did a great job today.He made sure Me as a first time home owner understood everything that was being done when I asked a million questions. Would recommend him and refer families and friends to him.
We called on Saturday he was here monday morning to help get our central air unit better functioning, had offered solutions to help other than replacing the unit, very grateful! Punctual, professional! We will call him first next time we need heating or cooling help!
James has gone above and beyond TWICE for me!! He took on my dads house to replace his a/c and furnace in 2020, which was a nightmare to deal with, James drove over 2 hours to get it done and didn’t bat an eye to do it. Then in 2021 James to my house in Menomonee Falls and replaced my air conditioning unit. I wanted the unit moved to the side of the house and it turned into a hell of a job. He moved it like I wanted and didn’t complain even though he had every right to. Thank you James for going above and beyond to help us in our time of need. You are an angel to our family!!
We had an incident this Sunday morning and woke u to a freezing house. Furnace stopped sometime in the night. I called Tiltin Heating and Cooling. The owner, Jason, came within a small window of time, did everything he could to get part we needed and fix it. We are so grateful for the quick and courteous service. He was so reasonable with the cost as well. Definitely would recommend them! We will be using in the future for sure!
Our heat stopped working and we needed it fixed ASAP. They were here within 30 minutes of calling, fixed the issue within minutes. Very knowledgeable and did not try to swindle us at all.
Furnace repair was here within one hour put the new Parts in works good thank you Gary and Brenda
James is so kind and friendly. I called him at 7pm last night and he came 830am the next morning. He services all the way from Fon du Lac to Green Bay. He’s affordable and tells you exactly what’s going on and gives you options for the best price!

Our AC was not working yesterday when I turned it on and of course it was a 90+ degree day in May!!?!? I called everywhere not expecting to have much luck. Tiltin offered to stop in the next morning and while they didn't promise anything, they at least agreed to come look and see what they could do. In the meantime, I took it upon myself to play with the wiring, thinking maybe it was just operator error in the installation of my smart thermostat, but all I did was really mess things up. Not only did they show up the next morning when they said they would, during what was probably a SUPER busy time, but they fixed my wiring mess, looked at the A/C and found a broken part. He then drove to get the part and came back and replaced it. A/C is working!!! I can not be more thankful and his price was TOO fair for the fact that he came out on short notice and did all of that that I even paid him more than he asked for because I didn't feel it was fair and was so appreciative. I'm sure some stars aligned in the scheduling and maybe I was just located near another job, so not promising they will be able to do that every time, but I will definitely not be hesitating to call Tiltin when we need to replace our A/C and furnace in the near future, thanks again!!
James came to the house on-time (actually early). We called for a tune-up because we are new homeowners and we had a promo to from our realtor to receive a free tune-up. We called Tiltin Heating and Cooling because they did a tune-up on the furnace a few months ago before we purchased the house. Before the visit, we had just recently turned on our AC and noticed we were not receiving any air in our bedroom and he said he would look at that as well during the tune-up. During the tune-up he was very thorough with explaining what he was doing and what he was looking for. Turns out our A/C was on it's last leg and not working efficiently. James also open our duct work to our bedroom vent that wasn't receiving any air and found a blockage - unfortunately didn't have the tool to pull it out but offered to come back and remove it. He noticed we didn't have a return upstairs (2nd floor) and called his brother using facetime to figure out the best option to route a through the walls a return upstairs (above and beyond right there). We decided to purchase a new AC unit with him and also replace out 20+ year old furnace. Called family members and they agreed the price point was great so we went ahead with the deal! James came on the 25th and we scheduled to get everything installed 6/9 - we were anticipating a longer wait due to COVID. Overall, James was very professional and very thorough with explaining things and helping us navigate out new home. When he replaces the AC and furnace he will remove the blockage in our vent and add another vent to an existing vent. I can't wait to get our new AC installed! Update: our AC and Furnace were replaced. Everything is going great - didn't realize how bad our AC unit was running before, we couldn't hear our big return and now we can. Thanks James! James from Tiltin Heating and Cooling came to our house to look at our furnace and determine which new furnace would best suit our needs. He was able to come and do our install two days later. James was very friendly and was diligent to get the job done quickly. We are very pleased with our new efficient furnace and the great customer service! We’ve already recommended this company to a family member and will recommend them to anyone else we know that needs furnace work done.
