I called in and they got to service my unit the same day. A+ Company
Luke and his team are the only installers in the area that will install outside purchased equipment (ie, Alpine Home Air - also a great company if you're looking to save on AC equipment.) We had a snag with the weather but Luke stayed on top of the email communication and let me know what day and time worked best. On install day, I informed the two man install team of the particulars, spoke about the hurdles i saw with the job, and they went right to work. They started at 830am and finished by 130pm with the whole job completed!! Work was neat and tidy and they cleaned up after the process was over. An added bonus was they accidentally bumped into a corroded elbow coming from the exhaust on my hot water heater. When the fitting (which carries deadly carbon monoxide out the chimney) cracked open, the installer replaced the fitting at no charge and told me that he couldn't leave the corroded fitting in place as it was dangerous to do so! Great work by the whole company to take care of a local family in need of cool air for the upcoming summer!!! Thanks Third Gospel

Once again, 3rd Gospel Heating and Cooling never disappoints! When we woke up yesterday, the boiler wasn’t working and the house was 60 degrees. I called and Matt was to the house within the hour! Keep in mind that there aren’t too many companies in the Fox Valley that will service residential boilers. But 3rd Gospel comes to our rescue every time! Thankfully it was a relatively inexpensive fix and the thermostat needed to be replaced!! We highly recommend this company!!
Words can't explain how great Luke and his crew are. I have used his company twice now both times with a very short notice and yet got a super fast response and they actually cared. Matt was awesome and he made sure he got my seal of approval while working on my unit. My sister and a friend recommended Luke and I guarantee I will be doing the same ! Thanks Guys God bless.
3rd Gospel had the part I needed to fix my furnace in stock. The part worked great and my furnace is back up and running!
I called after hours to speak with an agent about a furnace issues. He was willing to speak with me and trouble shoot the issue, without any confirmed appointment or payment. 100% would recommend and will be on my go to list for future furnace needs.

Last week I was getting quotes from multiple HVAC companies due to ongoing furnace issues. John arrived simply to provide a quote and he went above and beyond to not only only understand the issues I was having, but also helped me diagnosis and fix my furnace on site at no charge. No other HVAC company that I had come out was even interested in understanding the problem, they just tried to sell me a new furnace. When it comes time to replace my furnace & or get additional maintenance work done, 3rd Gospel will be who I go with. I would highly recommend this company!!
After contacting multiple different companies for emergency heating repair and getting denied every time, this is the only company that cared to come out and help us get heat. With a 5 month baby at home we needed help asap. Luke came to the rescue! THANK YOU
From my initial phone call to getting my AC unit fixed was in less than an hour. My service went above and beyond any I have received before. Luke was professional and extremely knowledgeable. We called a dozen heating/cooling companies in late June of 2020 as the ac in the home we rented went out. Our landlord wanted us to wait 5days for “their guy” to come out. We have two small children, one of whom is special needs and the home was 87degrees. No one would come out on that day (Saturday) until I called Luke at 3rd Gospel. His team was out within the hour! We were quite scared of the cost for an emergency weekend visit but we’re pleasantly surprised!! They even allowed us to pay in cash as we didn’t want to wait on the landlord. We’ve now purchased our own home and the ac was blowing barely cool and weakly last night. There was ice build up on the unit outside. No games played, even though 3rd Gospel opens at 8:30, I called at 7 worried about being able to get in. Luke answered first ring, gave me his opinion and said he could be out this afternoon!! He arrived, explained what our options were, showed me the 2inch ice build up INSIDE the furnace in the home and treated me to some beautiful piano playing while we waited for the ice to melt! I am beyond thrilled to say I am COLD right now!! Luke and his team solved our problem right and the first time for a really reasonable price! We’ve decided we won’t call anyone else for our heating/cooling needs in future and will recommend 3rd Gospel to anyone who needs the services! Thanks 😊
Luke and John responded quickly to problem solve my furnace not working just before the deep freeze. John was so informative and educational in telling and showing me that the part of the circuit board burned and inducer needed replacing. Thank you, gentlemen!
Amazing service! In less than 5 minutes, our furnace was up and running. Luke walked us through everything we needed to do. In this day and age, it is challenging to find someone that is so honest and helpful--and actually wants to save you money! I have referred 3rd Gospel to my sister now. They need heating and air conditioning replaced. 3rd Gospel will be our choice always. Amazing company...
