We used them for residential backflow testing , last two years , they were on time professional and responsive, the reason I changed rating is that on website service fee was 85 then I was charged 135 , I asked why they said 50 $ trip and that prices have increased, my problem is not with 50 dollar increase, it's about telling me about it afterwards, all fees should be upfront and not afterwards!.
Have used Vanport for years. Always get good service in a timely manner.

Damian checked our HVAC system and replaced our non-functioning thermostat. He also recommended an outside temperature sensor, this allows our heat pump to work more efficiently and save us money. He was prompt, professional and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend Damian and Vanport for Furnace and A.C. work. Thanks, Steve.
Jon Jefferies, is everything you could want in a service person. He knew my air/heat system, was efficient, thorough, answered all questions, and was a pleasure to have in my home.
Jon did the annual maintenance on my gas fireplace. He does it every year and it has always been an excellent, professional job. The flame seems brighter and the fire warmer! Thank you Jon and Vanport.

We needed a furnace repaired and Vanport sent out Jon. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and then fixed it. He gave us advice on how to care for our system and answered all our questions. I will definitely use them going forward.

water leak coming from air conditioner moisture draw off, responded within an hour and repair completed within another hour
A hole in the coils caused refrigerant to leak out of my heat pump. Instead of simply replacing the coil (or the heat pump unit) the technician managed to seal up the hole and re-pressurize the system.
I have used multiple HVAC companies in the past with poor results. Vanport Mechanical was able to address the issues I was having, provide a quick fix and were extremely timely in doing so. I highly recommend them.
We have yearly maintenance on our heat pump done by Vanport Mechanical and even through the extreme hot weather we had last summer, our heat pump continued to perform. We have been pleased with the service from Vanport Mechanical from installation of our heat pump to annual maintenance, pleasant, reliable, competent service personnel. If I could give them more stars I would.

Great service
Always a great experience with Vanport Mechanical! We use them every year for our HVAC maintenance. Our furnace filters are an odd size, so we order replacement filters through Vanport, and they are usually ready to pick up within one business day. Highly recommend!
