Have a 10 year old Trane heat pump system where our room over the garage always had excessive heat in summer and cold in winter. While there were vents to get air, it was never regulated by temp, we were constantly adding portable air conditioners in summer portable heater in winter, when the pandemic hit my wife started to work from home, we set her home office upstairs in the loft as it was the perfect way to allow her privacy and isolation from our day to day routine in the house.Seeing it was time to replace the portable air conditioner for the 3rd time we opted to look at installing another station with our current system and install a thermostat that would better control the rooms temperature. Smart HVAC LLC was one of 4 quotes we received - they came in at 1/2 the price of everyone else. Once they started (amazingly within 7 days) everything was up and running properly in only 1 day. They cleaned up and when gone you couldn't tell they were ever there. They did the work end of April 2023 and I waited until now (July 2023) to write this review. Everything works perfectly and on a 97 degree summer day today our loft is a perfect 72 with zero issues whatsoever. Highly recommend these guys to any and all who need work performed on their home system.
Incredible hard working crew. Our HVAC was over 20 years old. They replaced everything! All new more efficient York systems! Works fantastic. Great job!!

Same-day service, very affordable when compared with quotes I received from other companies, professional service delivery, expert-knowledge, considerate, thorough job done, clean worksite when finished, provided much appreciated education to homeowner about specific care and maintenance for our unit, didn't try to upsell us anything but rather the work was completed and charged as expected.
Alex was able to come same day and diagnosed and repaired my system in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
I called Smart HVAC at 4PM on a Saturday after my outdoor unit wouldn’t turn on and it was going to be in the 90s all weekend. Alex tried to make it out that evening but had too many last minute service calls and couldn’t, so he came out first thing Sunday morning (even though they don’t work Sundays). He was quick to troubleshoot that the t-stat was the issue, replaced it, re-wired the DIY’d controller in the crawl space, added refrigerant and got everything working in better order. Very professional, responsive, and not over priced. I’m a mechanical engineer and generally understand these systems and I highly recommend going with this company. It’s rare you have a great experience with a contractor but this was one of them.
Excellent service! Alex was on time for the appointment, and very friendly. Charged my central ac unit and the cost was very fair. Highly recommend and will call them the next time I need service.
Great service! We had our heat pump fail and needed a compressor. They answered all of my questions quickly though text and phone calls. Other companies will charge a little less and not even touch the unit. Then tell you it’s more if you want it pressure tested or etc.. When this HVAC company came out it was a standard fee and told me exactly what was wrong with it with a full detailed report though email that provided pictures and testing equipment. They use good parts, very pleased with installation as well. They made sure the system ran 100% before leaving. Also following up days later to check on us. Wonderful experience with a HVAC company when I have heard they can be nightmares. Thank you again! I will be sending my friends and family.
When our Heat pump gave out during the cold season, we were fortunate enough to come across SMART HVAC to provide repair services. Our Heat pump was outdated and over 20 years old, but the team was able to restore it to working condition. Moving forward, we are eager to have them replace and modernize our system. We highly recommend SMART HVAC to anyone seeking professional and reliable HVAC services, especially military members like us who were offered a great discount that other companies did not provide. Smart HVAC was on the site the next day, as scheduled. My gas furnace was due for a maintenance. Alex was very professional as he maintained the furnace and changed out the furnace filter. I am very content with his services.
We had a complicated range installation that required a person who could figure the details out. Alex and Yurii did that.

We hired Smart HVAC to install a new ducted electric heat pump system in our house. Oleks (Alex) and his assistant built new custom sheet metal ducts to replace our old ones and professionally installed a new system. We're happy with finally getting AC, and are even saving a little money on our heating and compared to natural gas. Thanks Oleks and Smart HVAC!
Alex from Smart HVAC came out on such short notice on the coldest iciest day of the year. We tried multiple companys before hand and were only turned away being told its too busy to send anyone. Alex was proffessional. Quick and extremely effective as our heating system was up and running as soon as he was done. My 4 month old baby will always appreciate this christmas miracle. Our heater stopped working right at the beginning of the cold snap in December 2022, and Alex from Smart HVAC was the only person that called me back from all the HVAC repair companies I reached out to. He was able to make it to our house despite the ice and snow and figured out the problem with our furnace. He got it fixed and was able to get the heat back on for my family! Thank you Alex and Smart HVAC, we will definitely be using you guys again in the future!
I can't even describe how much Oleksii helped us and saved the day. He came same day to our house to fix a part in our heat pump when no one in town had the part/availability. He was able to get our heater up and running right before the winter storm hit and I can't tell you how thankful I am to have a warm house right now. I called so many companies and no one was as fast/helpful as him.
