Excellent communication. The office gal and the techs are knowledgeable and can help with any situation. I have an older Manufactured home and they have kept my furnace going despite electrical panel issues and having to deal with my pets and various access issues. Great company! Very reliable and once your a customer you feel like you’ve been taken under their wing.
Service tech was on time and easy to work with. Took care and answered questions I had, also fixed the thermostat and no longer have issues with it.

Mitch the technician was great! Called when he was a few minutes out and was very polite. Annual maintenance performed and he tidied up after. My former service provider retired so this is my replacement. Glad I found them via Next Door recommendations. Signed up for their annual service.
We are very impressed with NW HVAC and the ductless heat pumps they installed in our home. The installers that worked in our home were amazing! They were professional and treated our home and pets with care. They did an excellent job installing our system and finished the job quickly with minimal disruption to our week. We will not hesitate to recommend NW HVAC to our friends and to come to them for any other HVAC needs in the future!

The specialist was responsive, kind, and professional. He fixed the issue (it had been broken for 3 weeks and we had a hard time finding someone) and had the parts needed to make the repair on first visit. Highly recommend!!
Yearly inspection of total functions of my gas furnace. Monthly costs, and they will call me when my furnace needs to be inspected every year! Also, they will come out at any time Okay, I I encounter issues with my furnace. My family has been using this company for over 30 years now. Ronald Winter
I was able to secure a next day appointment with NW HVAC Service when my furnace stopped working. The technician was on time, professional, explained what had to be repaired, and the charge was very reasonable.

We hired NW HVAC to replace our old Rheem gas furnace and AC with a Bosch (as high end as the kitchen appliances) variable speed heat pump, 2 stage, 96% efficient Coleman (great value for the money, great quality) gas furnace and added electric dampers (3 zones in our house). This was a combo suggested by Steve and he nailed it! Intially we were gonna go with a gas furnace and AC but the price was reasonable for a very high quality system that helped eliminate our home's hot and cold spots! And this system is very quiet!!! Steve was extremely patient through the whole process and helped us understand the proposal, system we were going to get and kept on during the whole install process. The crew that showed up (Kelin...sp? and Tyler) were VERY professional, timely, upbeat, and extremely mindful of the jobsite. This showed through in their workmanship. They asked me for input where it was needed and the design and install was flawless and clean. We couldn't be happier. We got quotes from 4 other HVAC companies and the value for the money is unparalled with these guys.More importantly....they say no matter high end your HVAC system, it's only as good as the installer. With NW HVAC, I think you get it all. High quality system, high quality install with NO shortcuts, high quaility support during and after an install.
