I would like to say THANK YOU to Loretta, Dennis and Nathan (I hope those names are right). From my first phone call to Loretta and subsequent calls to the diagnosis from Dennis to the repair of our unit by Nathan, I received fantastic customer service. All of these people were professional,friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I very much appreciate the time each of them took to explain the problem and solutions. Thank you again!
Tri Tech's installers did an excellent job replacing our old HVAC system with a new Mitsubishi heat pump and air handler. They were courteous and listened to our needs and suggestions. The wired Mitsubishi controller (which I initially requested) was very new and turned out to be problematic. However, it was replaced with the wired controller which is much more accurate and easier to use. I would recommend Tri Tech.
Just hit their 30 years in service mark! Great group of employees, owners are the most amazing people! Glad to call them friends! Way to go Tri-Tech Heating on the 30 years and congratulations on such an amazing team!

I called on a Saturday late afternoon and their Dispatch answered and got a tech out that same night! Turns out my fan wasnt working and a board needed to be ordered. Middle of the week a tech showed up at my house early and all was fixed under warranty. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Would have given them 5 stars but the original installers didn't schedule a service like they should have. It took me 2 phone calls and about 18 months to get a service call. However, they did at great job when they finally came out.
On time, efficient, and professional. Our heat pump install took a day longer than expected and they walked us through the process and reasons for the extra time. We're very happy with our new furnace.
Tyler came out to trouble shoot our heating system. He was very professional and personable. He left no stone unturned and provided a lot of helpful information regarding the system in general. He needed to get Tom, in the office, involved due to the nature of the repair and parts that were needed. I'm grateful for the work they doing in my home.
Tri-Tech replaced the flow sensor in our Rinnai water heater which also serves as the hydroponic heating. We have had the system for 10 years and this is the first time it's worked every time the hot water is turned on even if just a slight flow. Thank You Tri-Tech!
Tri Tech called to let me know they could come early for my maintenance appointment, which freed up my afternoon. I was able to learn more about how the app works to control the thermostat with the help of the young man who did the maintenance. He was very helpful and gave me information to purchase next year's maintenance with absolutely no pressure. All of my contact with this company has been excellent.
Showed up earlier than expected by 2 Days which was wonderful. First went in and did a general review and noticed it hadn't been cleaned in a while so that was done and then running with heat again. Didn't have to spend a lot but the service call.
Great company, and nice people. Had the same guy Mason come to our home twice, he was great!
Mason was great, and helped us out in a pinch with our fireplace. We will use Tri Tech again!
Our old heat pump was not blowing heat so I called Tri-Tech for an after hours appointment. Not only was the tech right on time, They diagnosed the issue and fixed it in less than 30 minutes and we had heat!! I’m a repeat customer and have had nothing but great service from this company.
Stopped by there to see if they could repair one of my parts that had broken. Took them about 60 seconds to get it done. I was very impressed with Tri-Tech. They know what they are doing here!!
I just started using this company for maintenance service and so far am very pleased with them. They are very thorough and Dennis, who performed my service, was knowledgeable and very friendly.
Our hot water was not working and I made a call that morning to see about having someone come out and take a look. We were able to get someone to come within hours of our call. Tyler came and was able to diagnose and fix our problem and was very efficient and thorough about his work. We Will definitely be using this company again.
My ductless system was just completed today and I am extremely happy with my experience and system! From the quote process to project completion the customer service was top notch! And a HUGE thank you to Josh, Derek, and the rest of the team for working so hard to get the job done! Josh and Derek were always on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job on the install and explaining the equipment to me! Thank you Josh for always checking in with me regarding my schedule and for being flexible! I love the look and how quiet all my Mitsubishi units are! I would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone!
