I am so thankful I can call the 3 other local businesses that have me on waitlists and couldn’t schedule a repair for 2-4 weeks and cancel. Even the ones who installed our system! I found same day service for a more competitive price! I couldn’t believe the unprofessional phone calls I endured while searching for help. I am pregnant and due soon. The answer of no AC in this hot summer at end of pregnancy and bring a baby home to this was unacceptable. I am so thankful the fourth call was the correct answer. I especially appreciated how the technician was the same one who I communicated with throughout the process….”Thank you for not making me feel you were moving mountains rather being happy and willing to help out. And thank you for being respectful to our home, child, situation and bring your positive energy here.” In todays working world you often don’t find people who seem happy at there jobs. He was! He is a big asset to the company.

My heat wouldn’t turn on. Called them at 8:00 am and the technician was here by 10:00 am. Really knew his stuff, was professional and fixed the problem which was a left over issue from my previous HVAC company. I will use SureTech again

These guys were professional and very helpful. We wanted an eval, which they provided. They also did some needed maintenance. Highly recommend.

Technician was on time, very nice, professional. Had to go get the part he needed and came back the same day which I was VERY thankful for. I will use them again if needed.
My furnace decided to die. He was able to come up with a fix so that I didn’t have to replace it in a hurry and is working with me to come up with the most effective and energy. Efficient replacement plans for my heating and cooling systems. Justin didn’t just tell me it was broken, and my only option was immediate replacement, he gave me a way to do this as a more organized and planed project. He also listen to what my goals were, and gave me the options that would fit with them.

We've had technicians from Suretech come out twice for 2 different issues and are always happy with their service, honesty and timeliness, especially when it's winter and there us no heat in the home. We will continue to call on them in the future.

We waited almost a year to choose this company for our installation. When we did they did not hike up the quote due to covid. They honored the cost and time frame of install. Once installed, we noticed the ac ws not working. I was able to call the owner. I didn't have to go through phone prompts or leave messages. He answered right away. He sent Jario out and got us fixed up right before the big heat wave. Jarno was a refreshing kid with such great professionalism. He even tolerated my large loud dogs. We had to call again to then fix the heat. To be clear none of our issues was due to the system. It was the thermostat. The reason for the 5 stars is there exceptional customer service. Due to two service calls, they just upgraded my thermostat at no charge. There are still family owned companies who really do care. I would refer them over and over again.
Great people. Called, they answered, always a good sign. They were able to come out the same day, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Polite and resolved the issue quickly. Always great to work with a local company.
Justin came in, took time to give me the best recommendations for my space, and made suggestions that helped me to save money. He replaced our old furnace, added a few ducts, and an AC. He even adjusted the older ducts and came in and checked again to make sure that everything is working properly. Thank you Justin for a professional and friendly service!
