Great - professional and stand behind their work.
Great service. Knowledgeable and honest tech. They arrived on time and didn't put me off like so many of the other hvac companies did during the recent may heat wave.
Sub Zero was awesome. In mid April, Russ was able to make it out same day to give us a bid on replacing our Furnace and AC (also upgrading and upsizing them). Polite, friendly, was a great communicator, and was able to explain the scope of work so I totally understood what they would do and listened to what I had to say about what we wanted. Overall, great customer service. They were able to fit us in between jobs when we accepted their bid. Of course we waited till it got hot, so them getting us in was awesome. They had to adjust duct work, exhaust, install a bigger furnace and AC coil where there was not much space. They had to put a larger pad on our AC foundation so the larger 5-ton AC unit would fit. Really, it was a tough job with lots of install adjustments. They promptly came out at 6:50 AM the day of the install and worked straight through till 4 to ensure we did not have furnace/AC capacity for the shortest amount of time. They were clean, efficient, and friendly. It was a great experience. I would strongly recommend you contact Sub Zero if you have any heating or cooling needs. 5-stars and I will definitely be using them for any heating or AC needs we have.

During the peak of the heatwave, Subzero was the most responsive and had someone out to evaluate the situation the next day (on a Sunday). They quickly assessed the issue and I had a quote the next day. Two days after that the system was replaced and we were back in the cool temps. Meanwhile, the other companies I called were just starting to return my initial call. Really appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism. Recommend them highly.
Sub Zero squeezed me into their schedule and had a technician out in about 24 hours. Very appreciated, considering it is a busy season and every business I called, including Sub Zero, were all booked out for at least a week if not more. Russ had our system up and running in under an hour, and was professional and helpful.
Russ was the very best! He fit me in as fast and possible on some of the hottest days, saved me from melting. I appreciate and am grateful to have found a kind company who got me back in shape in no time at. Wonderful service!!
We had someone over to inspect our unit. They were super friendly, punctual, communicative and nice to my dog which is a huge bonus because he’s a big dog that likes to follow new people around. Love when companies that come over are dog friendly!
My family was having trouble with our A/C blowing hot air. I called Sub Zero yesterday and they were able to squeeze us into their very busy schedule today. Russ was helpful and efficient with replacing the few parts needed to get our air conditioning back to 100%.
This company came to my rescue when one of their competitors cancelled my service appointment that had been scheduled for a month. I needed to have my HVAC system serviced prior to closing the sale of my home. They not only rearranged their schedule to accommodate my situation, they completed the maintenance a day earlier than I was originally scheduled for with the other company. Sub Zero treated me like a valued customer. Dennis, my tech was professional and thorough. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help with their furnace or air conditioner.
Russ was 100% honest about our system and what it needed. Did not try to talk me into extras or replacing things. They squeezed us in to their tight schedule and were right on time. Russ was professional, efficient and kind! The service was quick and affordable. This company will be our only call for heating and cooling from now on!

First hot day of the year and our AC went out. They were booked out a couple of weeks and worked us into their schedule the day after we called. Super knowledgable, quick repair, reasonable price. Russ did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.
Subzero was fast in responding to our inquiry and finding the root of the problem our furnace had. They also gave us a fair quote for replacing it once we tried a few ways to fix it. The installation was smooth and the service was perfect. I would highly recommend them and will continue using them for maintenance of my HVAC system
I had an emergency repair needed on my heating system. Dispatch person worked to get someone out on the same day it broke. Kept my up to date with timing. Technician contacted me and said when he would arrive and showed up on time. Dispatch and technician discussed the problem so I didn’t have to explain everything again. He was fast and fixed the problem within an hour. The price was well below what I wxpected for such great service. Will use them again for maintenance and other services.
Russ was in the neighborhood and called to see if he could come to fix my heater early. Yes, please!! Professional, courteous, pointed out exactly what needed fixing and why. Let me know how my system was doing and gave pointers and advice. Excellent service, he even loved on my hyper little pup! Definitely will call them again with any furnace/AC needs.
I would recommend Sub Zero Temp Control to anyone who is looking for HVAC repair or maintenance. They came out the same day I called and diagnose the problem. Had the part the next day and installed it. Furnace is running like new. Very reasonably priced. Would call them again if I ever need too. Thanks again for a job well done!
