We just had a new furnace and ac unit installed by Service Patriots. Our sales guy, Greg, was informative and friendly. No high pressure. We felt comfortable with the company knowing that some of the money made goes to help people in need. The installers, Miguel, Luciano and David were great. Clean, respectful of property, answered all my questions. Technician came out, said their work all looked very well done. My only complaint is, I had some issues right after the installation, and I couldn't get anyone to return my call. I can kind of understand, we had it installed July 3, so the following day was a holiday. But, they do have people who took my calls, they just weren't ever returned. By July 5th I called again and Jared came right out, replaced my faulty thermostat and answered all my questions. System seems to be working properly now.
Very prompt with calling about eta. Friendly tech. Hoping I won't need to see them soon, but glad to have used them!
Thank you Service Patriots and their amazing service department! We had our air conditioning go out yesterday right in the hottest part of the day during the hottest part of year so far! We waited until the morning to find a reputable company and our neighbors referred us to Service Patriots. Wow! We are so thankful to have found them. They answered the phone professionally, and sincerely cared to get us fast service and avoid another night without AC. To our surprise they were able to send someone out the same day! Jerry they’re technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and even had the parts on his truck to take care it while he was here! Hottest part of the day again and it’s already fixed and we are cool again!!! Outstanding service and fast, friendly, professional work. Very affordable too! Jerry reviewed everything with us, even found ways to save us money today and continue to maintain our system in the future! We are very grateful to have found Service Patriots and highly recommend them for any heating and air conditioning needs!

Jared came out to do our 1 year service check. Answered all of our questions and was thorough and friendly. Zero regrets with our purchase of mini-split and this company is OUTSTANDING to work with from sales to installation to service.

They installed an entire new system. They were phenomenal. They had concerns about my electrical and made sure that it would be safe for me to use it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Our old heat pump system bit the dust. We were fortunate enough to get put in touch with Service Patriots through Home Depot. They called us, came out and looked at our old system, and, gave us an estimate for a new Lennox heat pump. Once we accepted the estimate, they helped us get financing. The installers, Mariah and Jose, arrived promptly on the day of installation and proved themselves to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They made the experience painless and upon completion explained how to operate the new system. They did such a good job of cleaning up, you, couldn't even tell that they had been here. We now have a system that is keeping us cool and comfortable, and, the air scrubber makes the house smell fresh and clean. Their office staff is also very friendly in case you have any questions.

our air condition went off in the first hot day of the season, contacted service patriots and had a salesman name Greg within 24 hours of my call. He showed up to my house and gave me the best options for my problem. Very professional and detail orientated. Offered financial options as well. Within 72 hours I had a group of installers at my house. The installers lead by Donaldo David,an electrician an a helper were really on all the details, showed up on time and worked clean and neat. Took the time to show us step-by-step, the proper function of the new equipment and were open to any questions. I am giving my best recommendations to the company, but especially the installers. 5 stars
The only star this company deserves that is formally know as AIRPROs is the one they got from me when they took advantage of me. 1 month after installation, my entire garage ceiling fell through from where the company knicked the hose installing. The company did correct the problem by allowing me to hire a contractor to come in and fix where the damage was at. Here we are. The system is only 8 months old and the compressor is out. Turning on and off 12 times within a 20 minute cycle. I spent 21K on this unit and I wasn't sure about the decision when they were here and I got the same push that I did when I purchased it. This is an added review to my partner Aaron from 8 months ago when I bought the unit. They contracted up to Lacey, and now who knows when repairs will happen. I don't have many regrets in my life, but purchasing a unit from this company is one of them. I have more photos to add later.

Installation crew arrived 8:30am Thursday 3 Nov 22 Louie, David & Jose and a couple of others whose names we cant remember, they were very efficient, thorough and extremely friendly, install was finished the same day 3:00pm and no mess whatsoever, we are really pleased with the instructions we had from the team and showing us how everything worked, we highly recommend Air Pro and their workers. All was excellent with a routine inspection. The tech was very nice and did a great job. However, a couple of heat pump components were found to be near the end of life. Their quote was $1262, which seemed outrageous. So, I got a quote for the parts (OEM) from a parts dealer. Parts were only $66 delivered. That leaves $1196 for labor (plus tax). Since pricing was truly outrageous, I asked them to confirm and they got back to me and said, that price is right and it is the going rate. It took 30 min. to replace the parts from the time of deciding to do it to putting my tools away. Seems they wanted to charge almost $2400/hr.
