We called Tim Taylor with Service First and he came and looked at the job the day we called! He then sent out a service guy Mike Austin the very next day. Mike was out first thing in the AM and he had answers and solutions within minutes of being here! He left to get a part in which he took his time to locate the right part! We have an older AC unit so he had to look through paper books because it wasn't even in the computer system! They had zero in stock locally but got one in the very next day! Mike fixed it ASAP when the part arrived and our AC was up and running within 3 days of being down / when we called! Service was above and beyond! Everyone was so professional and kind and really seemed to care a lot about the job! Thank you so much Tim and Mike!

Service First Heating & Cooling have done excellent work for us. We have a 20 year old unit, & they have kept her humming! A couple of years ago, Sean came promptly during a heat wave as a favor for a mutual friend & fixed our problem quickly at little expense. Andrew replaced some worn out wires here on June 22, 2022. He only charged us the service fee plus tax. He used his own supplies, & didn't even charge us for his time. We are so grateful! This is a WONDERFUL company who really put Service First!

Needed an HVAC company to inspect the AC system for a potential home purchase, the seller disclosed that there might be an issue with the defroster. First Service, scheduled us right away, communicated clearly how they would conduct their inspection, showed up during said inspection window, communicated results clearly, and invoiced us properly. The technician had extensive knowledge on the installed unit and even managed to fix the defrost issue. Overall, we are very grateful for the timely execution and the extra work done. This is an excellent company, highly recommend Service First.

Absolute Professionals. Install a new DAKIN System and it is spectacular as was their installation staff. After a couple of weeks some adjustments were needed but that was Noooo issue for these guys. FAST, RESPONSAVE, COMMUNICATIVE....I wish I had these guys in my business as they were so very impressive on all fronts. Bottom line: my fireplace is working again and for that, I am grateful. However, I cancelled a different technician company because these guys were supposedly lower in price and could come out a day earlier. I had a part ready from Amazon that I figured was the problem and asked how much it would cost to diagnose and install (probably saved him quite a bit of diagnostic time). Answer: $119 and they wouldn't warranty the part as it wasn't theirs. Their warrantied part did turn out less expensive than Amazon's. But here's the rub: there are "hidden fees" I encourage prospective customers to ask about which, despite my efforts to cull them out in the beginning (and thinking we had an understanding), bit me. Note: they charge $119 to come to your house and diagnose the problem (Andrew knocked it down to $99). Their labor charge is $99 (guessing per hour). Parts will cost you extra. When I eventually informed him I would go the route of their part instead of my own and explained my frustration with the "miscommunication" in quoting prices, I was told that "maybe I can work on the price a little for you" among other reassurances of their pricing being fair and their work being exceptional. This turned out to be a definitive "maybe not" because "one of our guys had to go and pick up the part". Moral of the story, KNOW WHAT QUESTIONS TO ASK AND WHERE ALL OF THEIR FEES WILL ARISE FROM.
