I had Keaton M. Come out to do a whole home audit and see where my utility money was going. He was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and anticipated my questions. I’m a mechanic myself, so this isn’t just a clueless estimate of someone’s abilities. I’d highly recommend Keaton and Revival Heating & Cooling to do the work asked for and they’re worth every penny.

These guys did great. Installed a heat pump system for our furnace and a 2 headed mini-split system for second floor. Work was done in a day and one half, quality of work was great. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.
We had the home energy audit done, and I was left disappointed by the service. The report plugged in my home’s numbers but included no actual pictures so we can’t see, and most importantly, reference back to them in some months when we forget what the technician said. It seems pretty important to have the technician call out specific leaks found in the attic or home that would net the largest improvements. Home inspection reports have photos attached with issues found and I was surprised the home energy report had no actual photos of our home. I had to follow up with them to actually get the report. The audit was done Friday and he had the report created but didn’t send it to me and the next week came and I had to reach out and ask for it. The technician at the appointment showed me what the cost was but never actually provided the quote. I reached out about a week later again and asked for the quotes to which the customer service rep said she would reach out to the technician to send it to me, but we still haven’t received the quotes. Most of the reviews mentioned having Ben. We did not get Ben and maybe that is some of the issue. Their website mentions that we would receive, “Thermal camera scan with picture report” but we did not get a picture report. Hope this helps others when deciding who to use for figuring out air leakage / insulation improvements in your home.

Bravo! This was a quality air conditioner purchase and installation from Revival Heating & Cooling, from start to finish! This morning, Zach and Michael from Revival Heating & Cooling in Ridgefield, WA came out to install the new air conditioner, which we purchased from this HVAC Group at a reasonable price. Zach and Michael are true professionals in every sense of the word! They were friendly and courteous, arriving on time, knowing exactly what they were doing. The installation went smoothly. They carefully explained everything to us, including their local and the manufactures warranty, the maintenance schedule, and system operating features. The system is so quiet, cooling our house quickly and nicely. We couldn't be happier. We would recommend Revival Heating & Cooling to anyone! Sincerely, Kris
Very pleased with the install from Revival. Curt was very professional, as was Zach. The install was difficult due to the limited space around the furnace and both did a great job and made sure everything was running perfectly before ending the job. With such skilled staff and competitive pricing and a great warranty, I highly recommend Revival. Ps. Beaverton city inspector was very impressed with the electrical work and the overall install
The team was thoughtful, professional, and timely. Communication was excellent. Project took a few more days than planned but that is usually the case. I highly recommend Revival.

I hired Revival Energy Group to update the insulation in my attic. Meng, Nathan, Elijah and Enrique were the technicians that did the work. They were very nice, professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I would give them and Revival a 10 out of 10!!
Keaton is a total god!! He was so good at explaining all the different and complex things he was doing! He actually made HVAC repairs and maintenance literally enjoyable. So quick and so skillful, and with such wonderful and nearly magical tools. I got to see my entire house through his FLIR thermal imaging camera, and discovered serious air leaks I didn’t know the house had. And, basically, he’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met!
I had a problem with my Bryant furnace cycling and called Revival Heating and Cooling to schedule an appointment for repair. Kate was able to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon with technician Spencer and she provided the charge for the service. Spencer finished the previous job early and was able to arrive earlier than expected, which was fine (he called ahead for approval). He began troubleshooting the system without delay and was very professional, courteous, and personable. He was able to make the necessary repair and while doing so noticed that there was considerable construction dust accumulated in the system, including the heat exchanger, which the builder never properly cleaned. He recommended calling the office to schedule an appointment for a proper cleaning since the dust can affect the performance and shorten the life of the furnace.
Outstanding service always from these guys. Had a new AC and furnace installed in 2021 and recurring maintenance with them. Always professional, responsive, and very helpful when we have run into issues. I appreciate their notifications when the technicians are coming out, so you know exactly who is coming and when they are expected to arrive.
Our old central heat went out on a Saturday March 10th Friday it was very cold 30 degrees, we called several other local HVAC companies all of them couldn't schedule us until later on the following Tuesday and some latter in the week, I some how called REVIVAL Heating and Cooling, and low and behold the sweetest young lady Kate answered with honestly one of the most benevolent happy voices I've heard in a long time, I explained to her our dilemma that we were in, Kate assured us she would do her very best to get a service person to be scheduled to our rescue as soon as possible, and that she would inform us shortly, in which she did, bless her heart, Saturday morning came and a young man Michael showed up on time ,very punctual, in a impressive company van well equipped humble and very professional ready to fix our cold house, it was freezing we and had to leave the garage open only because Michael had to make so many trips back and forth to his company van for this and that, trying to figure out what was broken on our 25 year old Goodman heater after a good couple hours in the freezing cold, Michael discovered it was the circuit board, one that was not in abundance, although some how miraculously he found one, an absolute blessing for us, Michael spent another hour or more intricately wiring up the new circuit board bless his heart, soon after he completed his hours of work in that freezing garage, came a knock on the door sharing the great news that we were back up and running, and that he would be leaving us safe and warm. Thank you Kate, Michael, and Keaton, We will always be you cheer leaders, I'd like to finish with this, that the owner of Revival Heating and Cooling, Robert Brierley has impeccably with truly the highest integrity and quality sets a standard that I believe is second to none in this industry, and not to leave out, all his employees, who truly all help build and proudly maintain that reverence to all their customers in their repeat performan
I had Revival Energy perform a "Comfort Assessment" of my home, which consists of blower door test, thermography review, discussion of ways to save on electric and gas bills, and a report. I was deeply impressed with their professionalism, promptness, quality, thoroughness, and value for the fee. Many items were found that needed some work, most of which I did not know existings, including a few gas leaks. I highly recommend others hire them to gain insight into how well their homes are performing!
