David came to our home to look at why our AC stopped working. Long story short, delays and very little communication (most of my texts and phone calls went unanswered sometimes for days) and 9 days later, still no official diagnostic performed on the unit and we were living in 80 degree temperatures in our home. We went to another company and they came within hours to perform the diagnostic AS THE FIRST STEP. We wasted so much time, and were constantly delayed in getting services and follow ups. I cannot recommend this company for anyone who needs a timely fix.

Great team, honest and trustworthy guys. Came out same days during a heatwave when my ac stopped working. Got it up and running same day informed me that system is from the 90s. I decided that it was time to replace, and they walked me through all the options. We went with a 17 seer heat pump. No one intown was even close to their low price. On day of insall i was notified the team will be here in 30 min. The craftsmanship was beyond excellent. I am now referring everyone to Hva Climate Control. Thanks guys.

HVA Climate control are extremely customer service focused. They are very knowledgeable and organized. Even though they were very busy, they made my husband and I feel as though we were their only clients of the day.
