New construction hacks. No accountability. The owner Matt takes no responsibility for his guys poor work. Hog hair filters on fresh air doesn’t stop pollen from getting into the new home. No filtration after fresh air. Lennar homes trusted these guys. Big mistake.

They installed a goodman ac unit. It was incompatible for our furnace system and was nothing but problems. Now 4 years later we have to replace our entire system and have called several times and even went to their office. NO RESPONSE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Next move is small claims court as they are not accepting phone calls and have no contact. Yet their guys are still out installing. BAD COMPANY...

This contractor installed the system in my house back in 2019 and I've tried to use them for annual maintenance on my furnace and A/C system since then. Tried is the operative word. That is if you can get someone to call you back. Last year they came out for service and gave me the wrong filter for my unit. When I discovered it in July (at the time to change the filter) I left them a voicemail. Never called back. Called them again in December to schedule annual service. Never called back. Left them another voicemail 1/3/23 - never called back. Don't use this company - they don't value real customers and only value new construction.

The weather was very cold and our heat pump was unable to heat the house. Dustin came out within a couple of hours, on icy roads, two days before Christmas. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed our heating issue and adjusted our vent air flow on the spot. Totally satisfied. Thank you!

Never open after 3:30 even though the door says open until 4:30. There is always a car out front but no one answers the door. Can't get anyone on the phone after 3:30 either. I went in around 1ish maybe a month ago and the door was unlocked but no one was inside. Haven't been able to buy filters for at least 2 months. If I could buy them elsewhere I would but unfortunately that isn't a possibility for whatever reason. It seems HeatGuys has monopolized the filter market for my subdivision.

Had an estimate done in February. the 2 people that came out, Andrew and Dallas if I remember correctly, were both punctual, polite, and knowledgeable in regards to what I was hoping to have done on my house, and provided options that I had not considered that were actually very good. However, I was unable to move forward after receiving the final quote the next day from Ashley, as when I attempted to email back and call for more information and possible financing options, I was ignored every time. I continued to try almost daily until my quote window passed and have decided to go with another company. Edit: Hello Corinna, my information may have been set up under my son's name, Michael A, as he was the one who requested the quote initially since he knew Chelsey, but I was the point of contact since it is my home. Also I believe I may be wrong, the estimate may have been done the last week of January and we received the quote on the 2nd of February. I am attaching a redacted version of the quote we received as proof that we are not faking our negative experience. I do not believe in putting full names on reviews as I find it unsafe. If you are unable to find information under either of our names, maybe ask Chelsey for a reminder since she had a hand in the initial process and would remember us. I also have but one review as I have usually only used companies that have a review section directly on their website.

Office lady very condescending, not knowledgeable at all. Couldn't answer a single one of my questions. Just kept saying it wasn't her job and she didn't know. Office is always locked, can't ever get filters. Use to be a great company.

I purchased a home in October of 2019. The HVAC was installed by this company and has never been right. Rooms that are infernos and others that are freezing. Tech came out and gave a lame excuse that is was a damper issue, but problem is still not resolved. Fast forward to spring 2020 and the A/C does not work. We called out the tech again that gave a long explanation for why there was no refrigerant in the system. They charged it and then said they would come back to check it. They came back out another visit after ghosting us due to covid. If we needed and install they could do that, just not service or warranty during covid. They checked it and said it was fine, but 1 month later the a/c blows warm and will not cool the house. We called again, and instead of saying " hey no problem we will come out and check it", they took 15 minutes to explain the A/c THEY INSTALLED, normally runs all day and will not cool the house. So I called another a/c company that had the leak diagnosed in literally 15 minutes. Shame on you Kingston for using such a incompetent company with zero customer service. Shame on you HeatGuy for not warranting what you sell. So now I am out another $125.00 without A/C Maybe that is why they call this guy the heat guy. LOL

HeatGuy installed my HVAC unit 3 years ago and my compressor was out of order recently. This compressor is covered by the Lennox and Heatguy was not able to get the new compressor in two weeks. I have the other good HVAC company get the new compressor in 2 days and installed it professionally.

Amazing and trustworthy company. Had an issue with my furnace not heating and they were able to come out to check an hour after my call. The found and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. We had issues with our heat system and they were at our house within 2 hours of our call. Very professional and knowledgeable, found our issue--overdue maintenance on our gas heater with carbon build up. Cleaned it up, checked our system and working great. We will be setting up their annual maintenance program to make sure we are working well with heat and our AC system--they will combine the visit to save you $$. Absolutely great service.
