Igo and crew were great and efficient. They were responsive to my concerns and advised me on the best options for my situation. Entek arrived on time to every appointment and were very informative and helpful. The install was quick and painless and the team cleaned up after themselves, leaving no trace that they were there working on the house at all. Total pros!
After spending 2 miserable summers in our house without an A/C system, we finally opted to get a heat pump put in. Zach came and quoted us on multiple options and was patient with us while we weighed other companies' options as well. We opted to work with Entek due to other reviews and testimonials suggesting them! The install crew arrived on time and got right to work, Igor, Kraig, and Tyler all were happy to answer any questions we had and were knowledgeable about the process. Super cleanly, Professional, and Friendly! Even though their job ran a little bit longer than expected, they were happy to stick around until all questions were answered and everything ran smoothly! They made sure we fully understood how to operate the systems prior to their departure. I Will 100% recommend Entek to friends and family in need of HVAC work.
It was 90 degrees out. 81 degrees in our house with two dogs. They responded immediately and took care of us without upselling us. Very impressive.

We have been using Entek for several years now, we have had a service plan with them since our system was installed. They are easy to work with and the service technicians are always thorough and explain what they did to look over our system. When they find something is failing on the system, which is rare, they give you a choice and cost to repair so you can make an informed decision. Entek has been a pleasure to deal with. Jessica, from front end sales, was responsive, informative and met all timeline commitments. Igor, came out and performed the site survey, in a timely and efficient fashion. Igor, Kraig, Cooper and Moltke performed a flawless, single day install of our Mitsubishi Heat Pump, which is Inverter driven without supplemental induction heating coils. The system performed exceptionally well through this unusually cold winter, with a 33% reduction in our normal winter electric bill. I'm looking forward to evaluating the cooling functionality with expected 80 degree temperatures this weekend. Finally, Cora in the office was efficient in handling our billing, and both emailing and hard copy mailing all of our supporting warranty and technical information. I whole heartedly recommend Entek, and the Mitsubishi Heat Pump, to anyone in SW Washington with a heating/cooling need.
We were very impressed with so many things. First, was that when Entek gave you an appointment time they were on time every time. Second, price. No hidden cost, no tricks etc. very accommodating. Third. Professionalism in the quoting, evaluation and installation. Would we recommend Entek, absolutely.
The Entek team who performed the installation of my new furnace/ heat pump were so professional and easy to work with. I barely knew they were here! We had a whole house heating system replaced with a new Mitsubishi heat pump and new ductwork. Entek was very professional and timely throughout the entire process. The install team even stayed late the last day to insure the original schedule was met. The air handler and all the new ducts were very clean and professionally installed. We love the new heat pump!

Ivo and Cooper did an awesome job installing our ductless heat system. They were always on time, very considerate and even asked if I wanted them to not work in my kids’ bedrooms certain times so they could take naps. They were friendly, professional and very informative. They contained and cleaned up the mess and were careful when walking through the house. I couldn’t recommend them more. Entek was great to work with, the whole process from getting set up for a bid to the finish has been great.
Entek professionals installed two Carrier heat pump units in our newly purchased home. The home was custom built and architecturally designed in the late 1990's. There were many structural and infrastructural challenges to overcome to seamlessly merge old and new. The professional installers and electrician completed the job in 4 days. We are very pleased with the results and all our interactions with Entek Corporation.
Got a great bid from Entek on replacing an old ductless system with a new Mitsubishi two head system. Because of part supplies it took a while but they communicated with us along the way. Finally got it installed yesterday and finished up this morning. The installers, Tyler, Kraig and Igor have to be the top in their profession, they were awesome beyond words! Prior to getting the equipment in they sent out IVO to compile a parts list, he was also awesome. This is the only company I will ever use or recommend to friends! THANKS VERY MUCH!
If you are looking for the best HVAC company, Entek Corporation is #1!! After the 2021 summer heat wave, there was no question we needed central air in our home. After many hours of research and several interviews with multiple companies, Entek was by far the most professional, well organized and honest companies that came to our home. We only had wall heaters and one window air conditioner. We chose an electric heat pump, ducted indoor air handler and a wifi programmable thermostat and air sensor. Everything from the initial phone call to let me know Entek’s process was fantastic. Jeremy, our building science specialist was wonderful. He came prepared and was on time. He wore a face mask and booties and answered all of my questions. We had a proposal 2 days later. We loved that the proposal was turn key and included all equipment, materials, labor, electrical and permits. Our Lead Technician, Ivo came out to discuss our layout plan. He was so kind and knowledgable. The day of our install came and our amazing team Ivo, Dennis and Garett arrived on time and got right to work. They were professional, respectful of our home, wore booties, set down drop clothes, taped up areas that needed to be covered, vacuumed areas where vents were cut out and also before leaving the house, they kept our yard tidy and left everything clean and meticulous everyday when they left. Our project took 4 days and we could have not asked for a better crew than Ivo, Dennis and Garett. They worked so well together. You can tell they take pride in what they do and enjoy their job. Entek is very lucky to have Ivo, Dennis and Garett as part of their team. Because of the Entek team, this summer we enjoyed the whisper quiet cool 72 degree air circulating in our home. We have been smiling all summer. Thank you again to Entek for your exceptional service, it is truly appreciated.
I have been a customer for over 25 years and every year I am more please about their customer service than the year before. Jacob not only showed up early but apologized for it. He was very polite, efficient, and soft spoken as he told me all that he was doing. He finished with a handshake and well wishes. Superb is the only thing I can say. Thank you Entek for having such wonderful employees and thank you Jacob.

Have had Entek technicians come to my home twice now - have had nothing but great experiences both times. I appreciate how real and honest they have been since the get-go. CJ came out today. He was friendly, he listened, was helpful, worked with me to get the most of our money and, best of all, got my system back up and operable! Wish I could remember the name of the previous tech to also give him kudos. I appreciate the tips and tricks that they have shared to provide us opportunities to fix issues ourselves, saving us money in the future. I really don't mind paying for the biannual services - totally worth it! We'll see you in 6 months!
Every interaction with Igor has been professional. He is a very careful technician that can get the difficult done with high level of expertise. Tyler and Kraig along with Igor make an unbeatable team. Our new air conditioner works great and the one day installation was more than we expected given the tight fit of the evaporator in the furnace ducting. I highly recommend Entek for your residential and commercial HVAC needs.
The experience working with Entek has been a professional delivery of expertise. The crew (I wish I could remember all of their names) was polite and mindful of my home while digging into a big job. They replaced a 1972 furnace with a new furnace, heat pump and, ducting system. The design of the ducting was impressive and will help the system operate with highest efficiency and energy savings. The air in my home has dramatic improvement. They ran new electric to the system and, the electrician went above and beyond improving the electrical panel. There were parts of the job associated with a 50 year old home. They handled them gracefully and got to work - the improvements reached beyond the system they installed. They honored the original bid and outdid themselves. PSA their bid was comparable to others but their initial expertise got the job.
