I’ve had only good experiences with Comfort Air. They are very prompt in providing help. Ben has performed maintenance and repairs on my heat pump. He is extremely knowledgeable, competent, pleasant, respectful, and informative. I trust his suggestions and recommendations. In the future (hopefully far future) when I need a new unit, I’ll likely choose Comfort Air to install.
My Technician Ben did a great job on a warranty job. Diagnosing the problem and on a return trip for install. He did a service of the units and even though he was at 12 hours on his shift when he was done he was very polite and professional.
Daniel is very knowledgeable and professional. Asked about what the merv rating is on filters and he advised me on what the merv rating is and what # would be good for our system. Service has always been on point.
Office staff was responsive and got us scheduled as soon as possible. Repair Tech was prompt, courteous, professional and thorough. He diagnosed the issue, made the repair, and kept us apprised along the way. Really couldn’t ask for anything more. Will absolutely use them again.
Daniel has been to our home several times over the years, for regular maintenance checks. This time, though, it was to troubleshoot our Trane AC (installed by Comfort Air last summer). It was not responding to demand from our thermostat. Daniel determined one of the original fuses outside at the unit had failed. He replaced it, and also recommended we change our 40amp breakers at our main panel to 30amp (per Trane’s specs). We had that done a few days later. I was curious why the breaker change hadn’t occurred when the AC was installed last August, but it’s all good now. Ready for summer!
They were excellent. They went to a lot of effort to find my dryer vent exit, which was through the roof. They had to enter the attic to access the clean out.
These guys are simply the best. Very intelligent, efficient with their work and diagnostic, and do high quality work. It definitely gives me peace of mind working with such a great group. Special thanks to Rob who helped me this time around!

They did my install of new equipment like 8 years ago & I have them do my yearly maintenance. I have the maintenance plan that they come twice a year check ups.
Rob was timely, informative, and fast. He took many before and after pictures and explained what he planned to do. Service was excellent
Rob Sale was great, he worked hard to ensure our system problems were sorted. Our home was unfortunately one of those horror stories where everything that could go wrong did, but Rob managed to get us back in working order and we've had zero problems since. I cannot applaud his dedication to excellence any higher. While i hope I never have to go through the a/c issues i had again, if i do i will be requesting Rob specifically.
