Service specialist Taylor P. Was prompt to respond to any question that I had, he really spent enough time checking back and forth our system and If I had any thoughts about looking for another company he really stood up and changed my mind about who would be qualified for the service agreement that we just signed for.
My air conditioner broke and they were out here right away and so kind and helpful! Change your filters people! :)
Our AC decided to crash on one of the hottest days of the year (of course)!! Called Area Heating and Cooling and they had a tech out within an hour and repaired within another hour! Yes; emergency response was a little spendy but... "supply and demand"...I get it! I am a happy customer!
We came back from vacation on July 4 and water/condensation was all over the floor. Area cooling came out on 7/5 and got it done quickly right before a heatwave. So thank you arie. He was wondetful

The Area H&C technician arrived when scheduled and quickly found the problem with the heat pump. It was not a mechanical or electric problem with Trane's units, but a plug on a GFI circuit for the condensate pump thad been tripped. He shared information about the problem with me so that if it happened again, a simple reset of the GFI socket would solve the problem.
The blower on my furnace went out right before 100* Temps meaning no AC. I was able to get a quick appt and tech quickly identified the issue and repair was done in only 20 min. My furnace is 23 years old so I assumed I would be spending thousands to replace, but very happy with quick and inexpensive fix to keep it running longer!
Technician very courteous, knowledgeable, and let me know what he was doing and made suggestions and options to complete the service cell.
Had an annual service done. Tech seemed very knowledgeable, was kind, and answered questions. Felt like I received a good service at a fair price. Will use them again.
