Samuel was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions in regards to the removal of my old furnace. He took a lot of time explaining to me the steps involved in replacing the furnace and was very knowledgeable and patient.
Greenwood has serviced our AC and Heating for 13+ years. We recently found out that they never cleaned the outside unit which has caused an excessive amount of dirt to build up. Our AC stopped working and the cost to get a unit is nearly 30K. Greenwood did not take care in our service, we paid in advance for over 13 years and now they have cost us our unit. I called to talk with management/the owners and no one has ever returned our calls. They gave us an estimate to replace the unit a couple of years ago and after the problem was discovered, they gave us another estimate that was over 5K more and this is all by their doing. Another reputable company has come to fix the unit until another one can be purchased. Greenwood advertises excessively on the TV for more work but they are short staffed and when they get a call, they leave your job for another one. I would never recommend this company and know they charge excessive rates, do poor work and so not care.
Luke did a great job repairing my A/C. He is a cool dude that took the time to clearly explain the system malfunction .
Sam came in and looked at the furnace did a complete maintenance on it. He did not skip any detail at all. I use Greenwood because I have si much confidence in their work and the people that do the work. They say you get what you pay for and I get the best customer service ever time. Thanks

I’m not usually one to make public posts, but these guys really deserve all the recognition they can get. Tyler, Tyler 2, Joe and their apprentices came out for two days in the sun to install our heat pump units. There were meticulous, considerate as hell, and communicative. Not only were they technically proficient, they’re also great humans. They even made sure to work around my sons nap schedule. In areas where they could’ve made their job easier, they chose to work harder to keep the aesthetics as clean as possible. They gave me recommendations and different perspectives to consider, allowing me to make informed decisions. I really respected their expertise and the trust they earned over the few days they were with me. Thank you!

I have and always use Greenwood Heating and air because they are very reliable and efficient and give you advice on how to care fir your unit until the next service

Imran is one of the best people and technicians I’ve had the pleasure of working with. We used to have our HVAC serviced by a different company and now, I’ve decided a switch is in order. Great service, options were thoroughly and honestly discussed and estimates provided…I couldn’t be more pleased. Greenwood has gained a new customer for life and they can thank Imran.
Installed a new Trane AC on our existing system. Called and got 6 estimates and Greenwood was my last one. Had a great experience through the entire process from Adam in sales, Jordan, Emilio were out the next day to install. They were onsite early and worked all day and completed a clean and professional install. Being a Friday, they didn’t cut corners trying to end their week. Jordan was outstanding discussing different options throughout. The electricians came midday and we discussed their plan, clean install by them too. Happy now sitting in the house with the windows closed and the wife shivering 🤣. Would give them an opportunity to earn my business on future projects. They match the Costco pricing but have way better equipment availability. Other companies were weeks out with unknown equipment availability.
Thien And Austin came by and did an amazing job. Truly professional and kept us up to date on what was going on with the furnace while they worked. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY!
Every technician from Greenwood (and we have had perhaps 10 or 15 individuals in our houses over the years) has been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and always creative and good natured when needing to solve a problem. I can’t recommend this family-owned business enough.
Our technician Juan did a great job servicing our HVAC system. He was on time, professional and friendly. He took the time to run thorough diagnostics and performed annual maintenance efficiently and gave us confidence in our system.

Great quality work, high quality equipment, very friendly, super professional. On the expensive side for maintenance and repairs, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Overall very satisfied and they stand behind their work.
Joe and Riley showed up a few minutes early which was great, very respectful of our home and our time - as we work from home. Explained everything very clearly and thoroughly (for us non-electricians), were friendly and cleaned up everything to even better than when they arrived. Aaron the supervisor came by and took us through the steps they do for permitting. Can’t wait to move in to my new studio - with all the light! I definitely recommend this team at Greenwood for all your electrical needs!
Called for a furnace issue with a burning smell. They were able to diagnose quickly, share knowledge about overall furnace health, and replace a small part. Very trust worthy.
Routine annual maintenance on our GeoThermal HVAC system, these guys are awesome! Every time they come out I am amazed at the professionalism and attention to detail, as well as the great customer service they offer.
