I called Aqualine Plumbing to fix my water heater that was leaking. Don arrived and fixed the problem quickly. Very professional and friendly company. If I have any problem in the future, I will definitely call them for help. Thank you for the great work Don.
The Tech arrived within promised arrival window and also fixed my shut off valve and garbage disposal same day.
Working with Aqualine has been such an ease from start to finish. The ladies who helped me schedule my appointment to the tech who came out to help me replace my 2 outlets in my living room that weren’t working. Very polite clean and professional. I would absolutely call aqualine again.
Matthew our electrician was fantastic! He let us know when he was on his way, he was friendly and explained our issue in detail to us. He is an experienced electrician and we trusted his advice. I will absolutely use Aqualine again for electrical work hands down.

We had Aqualine install a new AC unit. Their quote was extremely competitive. The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The install went smoothly with no issues.
Service: New A/C install, New Furnace Install, HVAC I received a new furnace (96% Daikin) and new air conditioner (Daikin 17.2 SEER) from Aqualine. I received quotes from 3 other companies, and decided on Aqualine due to communication (price was comparable to the option from Lynnwood Heating). Communication from Nicole was wonderful - she gave me several quotes for several different systems because I wasn't sure which one I wanted yet. So far, the system seems to work well (more details below), but I'll update this review once the temperature warms up a bit, since it's still on the cooler side now. Installation: The system works well and seems to have been installed well too (as far as I can tell) :) Some very important things to note - the quote for the A/C and Furnace for Aqualine was given based on 'what the installers felt was necessary', but I realized later that this can be significantly different based on company. The other 3 companies I talked to (Lynnwood Heating, CM Heating, EnergyWorks), all thought I would need a return air on the ceiling for AC to be effective (and in the last case, thought door vents in the basement would be helpful to circulate basement air). Aqualine did not think this would be necessary - *so far the house has cooled/heated fine*, but I'm not sure about whether this impacts heating/cooling energy costs so I'll update review based on this too. One of the installers also told me a return air wasn't factored into the price and would be another $3k, which caught me off guard - this may be something to ask about specifically before you choose Aqualine if other contractors are factoring expanding ductwork into your quotes. The same installer also told me I would have to close the downstairs door for the system to work well since the door blocks the current return air vents while it's open, which bothered me (we mostly do this anyways, but not always). We had air conditioning installed. We appreciated a thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done for the installation. Aqualine sold us a state-of-the-art unit that is very quiet and efficient. We can hardly tell it's on when standing outside next to it, and the upright orientation makes the unit more compact. Courteous, informative, collaborative company. We got three bids for the work and chose this company for all the above reasons. (Cost? They were not the highest bid. That one was way overpriced. They were in the middle. Note: The lowest bidder was going to install a unit that would shortly be obsolete! So, we chose Aqualine.) And the thermostat is programmable and very intuitive to navigate. You can get an app for your phone to operate it, as well.
Seth has been helping me several fixes and upgrades. He is the best plumber I have worked with. He is very efficient, competent, friendly and most importantly very attentive with details. I look forward to work with him on new projects.
Daniel did a great job replacing an old water heater and bringing it all back up to code. Definitely would hire again.
Seth came by 2 hours after I requested service after a clogged line was wreaking havoc in our home. He was thorough yet efficient and took the time to explain every step off the process to me, all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Seth
The service provider from Aqualine Plumbing (Austin) installed a toilet and laundry sink. The installation was done in a professional manner. Austin was courteous and on time to provide a quality product at the end.
Seth and Brad came out to deal with a couple of issues for us: removing an active gas connection that we no longer needed in a room, and surveying our sewer ejector pump. They were super friendly, professional and very informative - keeping us notified every step of the way and thoroughly explaining the process. They relit all the pilot lights and made sure we were completely comfortable and had no questions or additional feedback before they left. They showed the highest level of professionalism and clearly understand the concept of excellent customer service. I would recommend Aqualine, and Seth and Brad, for any plumbing, electrical or heating issues.
I needed to replace an old water heater and from the first site visit to the completed installation, Daniel was great. He was professional, kept me informed and was respectful of the space. The office staff was also easy to work with and very helpful with the scheduling the appointments. Would recommend.
We have called them for fixing Y1 wire as AC was shut off abruptly...The technician additionally recommended to install two surge protectors, and charged a reasonable price for installation and took care of the issues professionally. I recommend them to others for their on time service, proactiveness and trustworthiness. Also a 5 star rating for their after sales service.

This is our second gas line installed by Aqualine . Again, provided excellent service. Our technician, Seth, provided updates on arrival time and was on time. He installed a gas line and informed us of the permit process. He performed the service the same day as providing the estimate! We had obtained a quote from another company and Aqualine came in at less cost.
