Greentop Installed a heatpump system in my house last winter. The installation was fast and very professional. They were able to route the cooling/heating lines on the exterior of my house in a very neat an clean manner. I've recommended them to all of my friends looking for AC/heating work
We had a heat-pump installed by GreenTop Heating in May of this year. Prior to selecting GreenTop, we requested bids from 3 other residential HVAC companies. By far, GreenTop had THE BEST equipment (BOSCH), value, and their estimator, Andres, was truly the deciding factor. His energetic, enthusiastic, and professional personality, and level of detail discussing the bid and the install process set GreenTop above the others. I likely would have decided to use GreenTop even if their overall value was less than the others, just based on his personality. When Adrian and Alex arrived to complete the install, I knew that I had made the right decision. They were also both energetic, professional, and had excellent attention to detail. It's apparent that GreenTop's employees truly enjoy working there and share in representing the company well. I'm very happy that we chose GreenTop for our install, and would HIGHLY recommend them!
I live in a condo in Seattle that gets very hot in the summer and wanted a ductless mini split heat pump system for the living room and bedroom. I choose Green Top because they were the most professional and knowledgeable of the companies I contacted. It was easy to make a consultation appointment and Andres came out and assessed what my options were, walked me through the process and provided a reasonable and transparent quote the next day. John at Green Top was instrumental in helping me get the condo associations approval for the install. Being the first unit in my building to request ductless mini splits, John worked with me to answer all of the boards questions and went above and beyond my expectations to help me get the approvals I needed. The install could not have gone smother, Vladimir and Sergi were fantastic. They were efficient, skilled, and completed the install in 1 day. Having recently remodeled my condo and not having a great experience with that company, I could not have been more impressed with them. Everyone at Green Top was very responsive and easy to communicate with. It was fast and easy to schedule appointments and they showed up on time when they said they would. I will recommend them in the future to anyone I know looking to add AC and will use them for all my cooling and heating needs in the future.
GreenTop did a great job installing a ductless heatpump AC system in my house. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry and gave me a proposal for a complete system with all permitting at a very reasonable price. The installers showed up on time and did a great job installing and cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend GreenTop.
After getting 4 quotes from different companies. One of the companies is GreenTop, scheduled today and came the next day, very quick responses. Andres, estimator from GreenTop gave me the best price , overall package (maintenance plan, warranty, etc.). Some companies were trying adjusting the price to reach Greentop quote. But, it’s too late. I already chose GreenTop. The entire team was great! The team was friendly, polite, professional, helpful with explanations. Ernesto and Hena, technicians did an outstanding job replacing furnace oil system to a new heat pump system, effectively wiring underground crawl space. They were here before 0830Am and working nonstop until 0630pm. Din, electrician is highly responsible, fast, professional, and effective. He did for my job but never charged me more. Thanks again Andres, Ernesto, Hena and Din. And I highly recommend everyone to have services from GreenTop.

Greentop recently completed a complex job for us and I feel I must leave this review to help anyone else who's deciding whether to hire them for something complicated. They did a fabulous job and we are very pleased. In 2010, we gut renovated our home but left the oil furnace in place at the time. This year we finally got around to replacing it with a heat pump, motivated by the hot summers we've been having, the new Seattle heating oil tax, and to be more green/efficient. So, the scope of the job was to replace the oil furnace with a 36k BTU Mitsubishi air handler and 36k Mitsubishi Hyperheat heat pump (using our existing ductwork), to add floor ducting from our addition's crawl space with a Mitsubishi ducted air handler, and adding a Mitsubishi 9k MSZ-FS09 wall mini split to another room. The latter two systems share a second heat pump, 24k Mitsubishi Hyperheat. Three different types of systems, working within finished rooms, running electrical and refrigerant lines from literally one side of the house to the other. Adding to the complexity, the exterior of our house has some architecture that makes running the line set raceway challenging, at least to do it most discreetly. There were other guys on our job who I'm sure did good work, but to me Alex and Volodymyr were the most visible and the stars of our job. The electricians who I believe were subs were also excellent. Alex was on the job all 4 days, making our air handler and mechanical room functional and tidy. He worked tirelessly in the crawlspace running back and forth to locate floor vent placement. It took several workers to get the line set around the bend from the mechanical room and up into a finished ceiling, but they did it, and now we only have to slightly extend a soffit to enclose the lines. And Volodymyr was a wizard with the line set raceway from the second story wall unit, following my diagram to a T. And he also did a super tidy and impressive job placing the two heat pumps in our side yard
It's hard to put into words how great of an experience we had working with GreenTop on the installation of our new air handler. First, after waiting over 2 months to get an estimate from another company, I contacted GreenTop Heating and they sent an Estimator, Andres, to our house the same day. Andres was personable and professional, on-time, and was able to give us a quote before he left. On install day two technicians, Vovochik and Igor, performed the work. We have recently been remodeling and upgrading parts of our home, and working with GreenTop's technicians was night and day different than other contractors. Their work was flawless, they were in and out, and everyone was super professional. Finally, I mistakingly thought that I had ordered a specific smart thermostat (a Nest), that was not compatible with the heating/cooling unit. Andres, Vovochik, and Igor bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my install, even though the mistake was mine, not theirs. Truly superior customer service, which is so rare these days. I cannot say enough good things about this company!
I had a high efficiency furnace installed today (3-6-23). The installation went smoothly and the technicians did a great job. Highly appreciated their expertise and customer service. It is obvious they have complete control over everything encountered with my furnace replacement with lots of attention to detail and TLC. Edited: Unfortunately, we had a lot of miscommunications with GreenTop about scheduling and about what the actual problem was with our heater. We made an appointment weeks in advance, but then they cancelled the appointment last minute offering us the next available time an additional several weeks away. Then someone actually ended up surprising us and coming to our house on the planned day, despite having cancelled. Their supposed repair unfortunately only fixed our heater for a few days. Fortunately, they did provide us a full refund for the ineffective fix.
GreenTop did a great job installing AC for us! They were prompt, fast, clean and the exterior components of the installation looked very good which was particularly important to us. Communication was fantastic from beginning to permit completion and I would gladly work with them again.

Our heat pump was malfunctioning so Vlad did a complimentary diagnostics check for us. He was efficient, professional, and fixed our issue pretty quickly! They even gave a quote for a replacement unit since we have an older unit. Would highly recommend this company, especially for diagnostics.

My old heat pump quit working on November 5. This is the worst time as we have been having consecutive cold days. My wife and I were lucky to have a mini split in one of the bedrooms. I made my first contact to Greentop on November 9, received a same day reply with a site visit firmed up for the 10th, received an estimate in the evening of the 10th, firmed up the installation for the 12th and had a working Bosch condenser along with my existing air handler by the end of the day. The team has a streamlined and highly efficient process which allows me to minimize my suffering during these cold days. Greentop did not take advantage of my hardship and gave me a very reasonable price. The team was professional and paid attention to all details including moving equipment in and out through a difficult or not properly maintained sidewalk area.
I received one estimate on the phone, and the later invoice was thousands of dollars higher.
Green Top Heating & Cooling was one of several companies that I had contacted for estimates on a Mini Split ductless heating system. Ruslan B. (the owner) arrived and did a walk through and suggested what would be the most beneficial for my home. I was given a detailed estimate which outlined exactly what you were purchasing (equipment, model number, etc.) on the same day. There was no up sell, just plain honest answers which was greatly appreciated. Their pricing was competitive; however Green Top Heating & Cooling was my choice based on integrity. Ruslan, Vova and Roma arrived on time and did a phenomenal job installing a Mitsubishi 2 Zone mini split ductless system. The team worked so well together and took great pride in their work. They ensured that my bamboo floors were protected and anything else that was nearby and cleaned up all the areas they worked in. From start to finish, the installation was completed in about six hours. Couldn't have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable team of installers. Ruslan explained how to use the system and answered any questions that I had until I was satisfied. I am enjoying my system and wished I installed this a long time ago. The office staff Coco, Julia and Olga were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Green Top Heating & Cooling and would do business with them again.
I just wanted to reach out to say that your crew (Boris, Vladimir, Vovchik and Adrian) did an amazing job on the installation of our 2 zone mini split system in the MIL Unit yesterday Thursday 19, 2022.
