The scheduling was messy, job took 2 days instead of one. Electrical crew was looking for easy way for them, not the good solution for me. The installation is costly and the service does not meet that.
They did a great job installing a heat pump in a very tight space. I am not sure how they got it in there, but they did. The heat pump is very efficient and replaces a very old, inefficient gas furnace, which is great for the planet. I am very happy with their work.

The maintenance person who came out to fix the Air conditioner unit was very, very helpful. He even came back the next day to finish up because he was missing some equipment he needed to complete the job. He was very knowledgeable, nice and courteous. The day he came was a very hot day so I am very appreciative of the company getting him over so quickly. Thank you!

We selected Evergreen State Heat & AC to replace our furnace with a new heat pump. The entire process was stress-free, including the initial visit, estimate, installation and post-install walkthrough. Throughout the process, the staff and crew patiently and courteously answered any questions that we had. The crew also did excellent work! Our HVAC system was serviced today by Keith who expertly performed all the maintenance procedures efficiently and skillfully. Our past four years using Evergreen has been very good. Keith in particular is always on time and friendly. He is thorough and reliable. I highly recommend Evergreen Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing their services. I just prepaid for next year’s visit!

They got my 30 year old furnace running again which is incredible. They were very knowledgeable and nice but very expensive. 400 just to come take a look and then 1500 to do the repair. All in all though they were great. They let us borrow about five oil heaters while we were waiting on parts. Great option but be ready to spend some money I think that’s just the normal.
The team at Evergreen worked hard for our business. From the responsive dialogue with Matt, our estimator and project coordinator, to Cliff and the entire installation team, every person was courteous, hard working, and great with communication. They worked through the permitting process, and worked in snowy conditions when it was necessary. I could not be more pleased with the process. On top of all that, we ended up with the best Trane equipment available. Thank you!!!
Price was good compared to competitors. Used them on a few projects. I hired them for a furnace replacement. When the installer came he said I didn't need a new furnace, that he could fix it, so he differed from the salesperson who said I needed it replaced. Another time they replaced a heat pump at another location, it broke down twice soon after. Got billed the first time a lot of money, but when I reminded them it was just installed, they reduced the bill. During install, installer was rocking the old ceiling mounted unit back and forth to get it loose from the duct, and ended up knocking down about 50 feet of heavy metal ductwork onto the ceiling grid, which nearly collapsed. The installer yelled... "I hope you have insurance." I told him to put it back up. They billed for that and he did it wrong so it fell again and had to be fixed. Took many months to get it secured. Still not great. In a house they installed a furnace drain pan wrong, so when it was turned on, the drain pipe spilled water out onto the floor instead of to the outside drain, causing the floor to warp. The installed also didn't glue the drain pipes, didn't put in a filter and ran the system that way. They also install outdoor units without securing them to the ground. Took many months after a failed inspection to get someone out to secure it to the surface. They have a service agreement which was about $140 to change filters. The salesperson says they do more that, but the service technicians say they don't do more than that. I got a threatening message from Mark in the office when I posted a bad review. So, I don't call them anymore. No more service agreement. Been a few years now since I've used them and no problems.
After premature failure of my minisplit heat pump another company (G&S) told me that I would need an entirely new system and that Mitsubishi does not make a new outdoor unit that would work with our air handlers. Everett from Evergreen said that sounded off and to let them check with Mitsubishi. They were able to find a new outdoor unit pulling one from a different job that was not ready for heat. Blaine and Brent worked it out with Mitsubishi and Carson got it installed before Thanksgiving working with a generator to power his tools as we were out of power for 6 days. The system works fine and they threw in a free first time maintenance coupon for next year. It also came with a 12 year warranty from Mitsubishi while saving me $16,500 from the whole system that I didn't need. Great job guys!!
This was a very helpful, good experience. Everett is one of the best service members they have. He is personable, polite and knowledgeable. Over the last 10 years he has serviced my heat pumps 5 times and we have been very happy.
Because of these guys I get to write this review from a 70-degree room while it's 90 degrees outside. We got a 3 head mini split system installed in our townhouse this summer. From beginning to end, the folks at Evergreen provided absolutely amazing customer service and high-quality work. The install guys are second to none - they are knowledgeable, highly skilled, friendly, and each of them took the time to explain as thoroughly as we wanted exactly how the system works, the challenges of the install, the maintenance, etc. There was no stone left unturned with this crew. In my mind, they are, without a doubt, the best in the business. A month after the install, they sent a guy to do a quality check and post mortem. Super helpful, gave a lot of tips we had no idea about, what to look for, usage, etc. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I will call these guys any and ever time I need AC work in the future. Shout out to Dom + his crew for a job well done!
Evergreen State installed our system in 2013. We've had them out for two issues and one "system checkup" and they've always been professional, personable, and strive to ensure we're getting the best value from their services. I encourage anyone interested in Heat or AC improvements or servicing to consider Evergreen State. They work hard to support established customers with minimal schedule delays. Today's service was a leaking valve in the refrigerant system, which resulted in reduced cooling performance. The knowledgeable and friendly tech (Keith) quickly got us back and running at full power until they can get back and fix the valve (about a week or so) just in time for another bout of hot weather. While these HP systems are expensive to have serviced, in just under ten years our out of pocket (labor and consumables) has been under $100 a year - we save FAR more than that every year in running cost over our old system of stand alone AC units and electric furnace.
Leslie is the best! She got out of her way and helped me find out that I can only choose a specific brand of HVAC that goes with my furnace because my home is prewired. It saved me so much time and energy! I really appreciate her help!
Evergreen State Heat & AC did an amazing job today. I highly recommend them. They installed new heat pump/AC. Thanks you for excellent removal of old system, install of new system, care of my home while here working, informative, courteous workers and thorough clean up after job was completed! Also a lesson on how to set thermostat! They helped me set it while they were here. I give them an excellent 5 Stars!!!
Rich Miller came to our home and replaced our 25 year old furnace, electronic air cleaner, and thermostat. He was on time, professional, cleaned up after himself, efficient and so friendly! Our house is comfortable and the furnace is so quiet! Highly recommend.
They were great to work with at every step of the way! They worked with the HOA to get plans approved, were able to complete the install in one day, and didn't mind my dog running around trying to help. The system works great and they did a super good job making everything look neat!
