Ryan Heath was one of the most personable, professional service employees we have ever had the experience of dealing with. Another HVAC company “fixed” our mini-split units and completely ruined the entire system itself. Ryan quickly diagnosed this and documented everything in its entirety to help us decide on how to proceed. He was honest, straight forward, and didn’t cut any corners about the situation. When dealing with services that are above your skill level in your home, using a company who is honest and straight forward with you is what everyone wants. Ryan did just that and educated us in a very concise and professional manner. We are so grateful to have had his expertise today!

John from All Heating has been taking care of the Heating system and the Well Pump on our rural property for many years. He (and the entire crew for that matter) is trustworthy, professional knowledgeable and responsive. I unreservedly recommend their service and would never have anyone else take care of our needs.
We had a heat pump and a new furnace installed by All Heating. The furnace is for when our power goes out. They were very knowledgeable, professional and respectful of our time and home, and completed the installation in 1 day. Communication with the customer was excellent (and rare), we appreciated that. We have also used their services to clean and repair 2 gas fireplaces.
Our furnace went out on a Friday, All Heating scheduled an appointment that evening to review the issue. Upon diagnosis of the system it was determined that a new a new furnace was required. A new furnace was on site the following Tuesday and installed. The timely response was greatly appreciated and their customer service I would rate as an A+. Snohomish resident
I called All Heating and they were able to get me a same day appointment with a technician, Jesus arrived within the expected time window (and gave me a call 30min ahead), and fixed my defective control module for my fireplace. He was helpful, professional, and very informative. He even looked at a few other things while out even thought he could have easily said no. 10/10 would recommend to a friend! From the first call to this company to the end of service was pleased with everything. Mitch came out and worked on my fireplace as well as my furnace. Mitch was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was patient with all my questions and concerns and addressed all of them. He went above and beyond to fix an issue I had. The tech's were very prompt, kind, informative, polite, thorough and genuinely nice to work with. They were the best part of the service call. My original post was concerned about the cost but, after doing the research, it was to be expected. They did regular maintenance and repair, and replaced a thermostat starter with a simple on/off switch. They were here for a little over an hour. They did a GREAT job! I'd called three other places and they all said they couldn't service my make/model of fireplace. They were/are the only one's in the business that can service old equipment. I'm so grateful because my fireplace is built into the building/condo: to replace the unit would require demolition! All Heating has earned a customer for life in me...
