If you’re looking for a company that checks all the positive boxes, A-1 Refrigeration did that for us.
My pool had lost power and I called A-One. They sent out a very knowledgeable electrician the next day who helped fix my problem and found a few more! He was very personable and professional! I will definitely be using their services again!
The whole process went very smooth and professional. Jonny went above and beyond with the process of making my choice of product. Frankie and Diego did an amazing job with the installation. They were clean and precise with everything they did, very pleasant to work with. I will definitely recommend A-One to everyone one.
Had the pleasure of meeting with Josh for an estimate. He was on time, thorough, personable, and professional. Everything I had questions about, he was able to answer/explain appropriately. Definitely recommend!
I inquired on-line and the next morning I had a call back from A-One. The technician showed up and diagnosed the problem immediately. I needed a new capacitor and he had one and replaced it immediately. He also had an air-specialist come to give further advice. This is a professional company with fair pricing and qualified technicians.
They were able to check the cooling system on the same day and fixed what need to be fixed right away. He let me know what I should do in the future to prevent the same thing from happening. He was quick, efficient, friendly and the service was affordable. I will be using them in the fall for maintenance as well based off the visit today.
They are amazing! They go above and beyond & willing to help when in need. I am very thankful to for them and happy to recommend anyone to be their customer.
This is a long overdue review/shout out. 2 years ago when the first heat blast hit the Tri, our central AC of course goes out! My Mother In Law had passed away on Mother's Day, and her burial memorial service was 2 days away. I called A-One that morning and they came over within 3 hours to troubleshoot,even though it was the hottest day to that point and they had numerous calls for other broken ACs. They discovered a non repairable leak in the system and told me I needed to replace the AC unit. Knowing that it was going to me super hot all weekend, and having to drive to Seattle the next day, they sent a rep over 2 hrs. later to discuss price of a new unit. I explained my situation and that I would need to leave for Seattle no later than 1:30pm the next day. They let me know that a new replacement unit was in stock, that they could come over as early as 7:00am. and that the install would be complete before I needed to leave. The crew arrived at 6:45am the next morning, and had the install finished by 12:35pm!! A-One absolutely exceeded my expectations as far as customer service, speed of install, really super friendly crew and I am truly grateful to them for recognizing my time constraints and the sensitivity of the situation!

I called on a Tuesday and my hvac was replaced that Friday. Four days later and so far nothing has caught fire or quit working.
Initial maintenance rescheduled quickly, office staff helpful with special orders(filter), technician friendly and thorough.
Our AC unit went out, and they were able to come out the same day and get our rather old machine working again! Thank you for being available on a HOT summer day!
Heat pump went out on a 95+ degree day. Chad came out and got me up and running. Bought the system from owner Kyle 6 years ago and the A-One customer service has been second to none. Highly recommend!!!
They were not only prompt... had an early spot open up and fit us early & AC fix a blessing. As always very professional and kind. Our service techs Chad and Diego were great! Thank you A-One Team!

They are always easy to work with and on time. Explained any issues and even took pictures to show any problem areas. I have used them for several years and will continue to do so in the future.

Had A-One Refridgeration come out and gave me a bid for a new hvac system on a Thursday afternoon and was installing it early Friday morning. This an exceptional company. If I could rate them with ten stars, I would. They’re the best of the best! They did all the footwork for us from dealing with the local PUD to arranging financing through a local credi union. The installers (Tanner and Freddy) were unbelievable. Very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and very tidy. My garage looked better when they got done than before they started. Everything happened right on schedule as promised. They worked for 12 straight hours with never a complaint. What an incredible company. I would highly recommend A-One Refridgeration to any one and EVERYONE!
AC condensate line had plugged and flooded lower plenum. Quick recognition/agreement, and address. Restoration was good.
A-one will not put in a unit you buy yourself, why??? When they sale you the unit they mark the unit up 300% And their not in the Business of Saving you money... We as customers need to avoid these type of companies
