Charlie was our technician that came out on our emergency call. Our A/C unit stopped working on one of the hottest weekends of the summer so far. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He had our A/C back up and running in no time. The Campbell & Company emergency dispatch is one of the best services around.
His name was Tim and he was super friendly. He let me know what was going on and when he was leaving to get parts and when he was all done. He was just really nice and easy to talk to. Great experience!
The technician Charlie was extremely professional and courteous. He had out HVAC system running and blowing cool in no time. The company also called a head of time and got it everything sorted out and ensure I had the right style appointment. Customer service is top tier.
The technician was friendly and explained what he was doing. Our unit was frozen up and he waited quite a while for it to defrost before being able to test it. We told him he could go on to other customers, but he explained that he could not be certain when he would make it back should he leave for other calls. So he made sure the AC was fully functional before going on. Wonderful!
The Campbell & Company Team did an excellent job from proposal/sales/scheduling (Terry), job planning (Matt), installation (Matt, Jon, Soterio, Victor), the electricians (Colten) and system set up, David. We have a nice, new gas furnace and air conditioner replacing a 31 year-old Lennox and 47 year-old air conditioner. Yes we got our money’s worth out of the old Lennox system and that is why we went with Lennox along with such a great installation team, equipment reviews and value. They all seem to have fun and enjoy the work and environment. They all were very polite and very responsive to questions and cleaned up during and after the job was complete. Thank you for being so easy to work with. We also had them install a new water heater replacing our 15-year old system. Sammy and Jose did a fantastic job! The house is running cool today and we have hot water. What more can you ask for? Job well done!
Our 18 year air conditioning and heating system went out on July 1st Campbell and Company got the system running but we decided to replace the units before we had more unexpected problems.. Campbell and Company did a great job.

Justin and his team showed up promptly here, right when they said they would be here. They were very conscientious about working around our stuff in the garage and keeping us informed about the installation process as we went throughout the day. Numerous times they communicated with us about next steps so we knew when the AC would be off. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the garage and then walked us through all the steps they had done to get our new equipment installed. Everyone on the team communicated exceptionally with us. Jacob did a great job of teaching us how to work with the new thermostat control panel. Everyone repeatedly checked with us to make sure we understood what was going on, which was very very nice.
They were very prompt, efficient, polite and let me now what the problem was, and what they were doing. They got the work done so fast. I was very impressed
Anthony and Josh are awesome! They took the time to explain how the electrical work would be done. Provided an estimate. Worked fast and efficiently, and cleaned up after!! This was the first time I used C & Co., but it definitely wont be the last. Thanks guys!
We had our whole HVAC system replaced, great service from all technicians that came out.
David was a fantastic HVAC field tech that provided clarification when I asked. You see, I’m an engineer… And more accurately, I am an HVAC engineer. But my expertise is a nuclear confinement, ventilation, not residential units. David provided the highest quality of service, and allowed me to ask a number of different questions. I tried not to get all “engineer “on him… L O L. Even though there was nothing wrong with my system, I chose this moment to do a seasonal maintenance evolution so when the heat hits, my unit runs. I was the first appointment of the day, and David was in my driveway at exactly 8 AM. When I next need maintenance, or repair, camel in Company will be first on my list to call. You guys rock!
They guys showed up on time and got the job done same day. They worked all day through the heat with no breaks. Outstanding service. We made sure they had plenty of cold water and they were appreciative. Great company!
Great Team that installed a very good system. The service was very good. I called about tweaking system due to hot upstairs frigid downstairs. The were going to possibly charge me for the service call after I bought a Very expensive system from them. I get that a firm must recoup man hour costs. I think there should be some room for return visits on new system. I had a prior call for replacing the thermostat to a google nest and paid them 400.00. This system also had several rebates one was for pacific power. I was expecting it around mid may so I called them and it had not been submitted yet 2 months after job completion. Campbell is the best but stuff happens and mulligans should be in play with this much money involved. Frustrated with this treatment. Not the place to converse if you check your records I sure hope you can find an installation for my last name in February Received no charge call to troubleshoot my problem and duct person will come out and rectify at no cost to me that’s the team I hired thank you Campbell 7/1/23 had technician out to troubleshoot the difference in temperatures from one level to another, 1st and second floor. The bedrooms are all on second floor and is very warm on hot nights.The technician temp probed all registers and found difference was 7 degrees colder down stairs from up. He said he would need to install a damper and have the ability to segment the two levels. Called 7/1/23 no work order had been started and no progress would have been made if I had not called
We've been a trust right subscriber for a year and we love this service. they maintain it all - electrical, plumbling, hvac... we have gone with them for a few home upgrades (plumbing and electrical) and they have always been on time and friendly, done great work, and been very thorough and patient in explaining what they planned on doing before they did it. It gives us peace of mind and saves us a bit of time: we don't have to worry about scheduling the multiple maintenance appointments throughout the year. They will call to schedule! It's also convenient having one company to work with for all these services. 6/29/2023 Update: Today Trenton inspected our plumbing and resolved several issues for us. He was friendly, polite, professional, and explained what he was going to do before he did it. Great customer experience!
Johnny was a great and informative tech. He fixed my AC and explained everything to me so I’d understand. I’d def use Campbell and Co again.
So I woke up with my waterline to my refrigerator spraying all over my kitchen. I called them they came out the same day within an hour they did not have the right kind of hose because I had one that was so old they literally went to Home Depot and got a hose that would fit, they were so nice and so informative. It was just a great experience overall, it also wasn’t that expensive so I have their card and anytime I have any problems with anything they will be the first ones I call
I've used this company for several home repairs and I also purchased a Trust Right Plan. Recently, we had some plumbing problems and they needed to do some excavation work. The total cost for this job was 12k. In the beginning, Tristan Thomas, project manager was very helpful and quick with words with my mother and offered all kinds of services and promises assuring her that he would get the work done ✔️ right. He even gave her his personal cell phone number. As the work began, I returned to work and his workers came and went. Tristan never returned back to our home to inspect their work nor sign off on the project. I remember a safety manager stopping by earlier during the excavation phase but never again as the work was getting done. As the work continued, I asked the crew leader about the job and he said, oh Tristen will explain all the details to you. Well that NEVER HAPPENED. He left on vacation and wasn't returning our calls. Then the estimates they provided was not what they protray or repaired. Those estimates are false and they came up with their own plan. Tristan 1st said he gave us a better deal and it came with a 10yr Warranty and he would update the estimate. I requested what was really done to our home for insurance purposes and personal records. I believe they cut corners and now have screwed up a water line in our basement and do not want to admit to his faulty reasoning behind his crews work. He has decided not to take anymore service calls from us nor returning any of my mom's calls. I happen to go in last week because their customers service reps wouldn't get us through. I spoke with a plumbing manager only to be referred to Brandon Cortez, Plumbing excavations manager in which I haven't heard from. Today, the Project Manager reached out and lied about what he told us and what he promised my mother. Told me that Brandon tried reaching me which is COMPLETELY FALSE. I don't want their services anymore just need them to do what's right and fix thei
Definitely the best in the business. Vladi and Silas were an amazing team. They swapped my AC system out quickly while being neat and organized. I can't recommend this company enough.
Had an appointment schedualed for a week and was canceled last minute on a Friday afternoon. Campbell was able to send out a tech and I was given an estimate of $590.00 to replace two bathroom faucets!!!! And I was providing the faucets!!!! $300 to replace a bathroom faucet!!!!! I've used Campbell & Co. before but I will never use this company again if this is the amount they expect for 30 minutes of work per the technician!!! Absolutely outrageous!!!!!
