Excellent service throughout the entire experience. I received a call ahead of time letting me know when my technician would be arriving. They were on time, friendly, courteous, and professional. Their assessment was thorough and the results and recommendations were explained clearly.
Our air conditioner broke just before leaving on vacation. We were out of town when the tech offered repaired our outside unit. We came home to a cool house.
Called at 8:15 am on a Monday morning. They were done by 10:30. Recharged, diagnosed. Technician was awesome. Friendly and thorough.

We had two Airtech employees show up to our place for our 1st preventative maintenance to deep clean our HVAC systems. They were respectful of our space … put on protective shoe covers to protect our floors … and cleaned areas after maintenance for our systems. The staff answered all of our questions and had a friendly/approachable demeanor. Overall good interaction. Will use again to prevent HVAC issues in the future. Scheduling with this company went well … pleasant phone and email interactions. Staff assisted with registering equipment for warranty.
Wow, can’t thank Uriel enough for all his hard work. Uriel arrived on time, he found the issue that many have failed to recognize, and explained everything throughly to where I understood every step of the process. Thank you Air-tech, I’ll be booking with Uriel in the future.
The tech, Kevin, was early, which was great. He knew what needed to be done and was efficient. Excellent service. He replaced the thermostat.
Whole house heat/air systems check-up & gas fireplace cleaning & inspection. Good Value for annual contract. Kevin, the maintenance guy, was professional, courteous and timely.
Our unit tipped over off it's concrete base and pedestals during a 65 mile per hour wind storm and AirTech sent out Uriel and Jacob who leveled out the concrete slab with some earth, installed some adhesive to the pedestals and screwed the pedestals into the concrete, and hoisted the unit back up on it. I was prepared to pay the $120 service fee but they waived it. I'm very grateful for these guys. Uriel and Jacob are the Batman & Robin of HVAC. (Just to be clear, though, neither of them wore tights, okay?)
The tech were professional. Overall I have not had a good experience with this company. They are the installers for hvac system on my new home it often fail and nothing is covered with the warranty. So I get eye gouged every time they come out! I have to close certain vent to keep rooms cool and warm. It’s a huge mess.
Wow after having other a/c companies out that missed the mark, these guys were awesome. Tech was super knowledgeable and found the issue quickly. The repair was spot on and my system is running like a top!!! Highly recommend!!

Uriel was amazing! He got straight to work and fix the problem in under 30 minutes and gave us a price that was way under what we had anticipated along with advice on how to keep the problem from happening again. The whole company as a whole was awesome with their call service from the time of the issue to it being fixed was less than 12 hours.

The tech was polite, but they charged me $919 to recharge my unit with 4Ib with refrigeration and install leak sealant, that's a ripp off
Air Tech originally stalled the system in my new house three years ago and I've been scheduling them to perform semiannual maintenance ever since. They always do a great job and I have piece of mind knowing that it will continue to run through the winter and summer months without any issues.
