Called to get an estimate for an A/C issue. Was told it would cost $250 just to have them come to our house and that would be not be applied toward any work that needed to be done. When I said I would need to think about it…they hung up on me. Pretty rude attitude.
This company is a joke! After setting up two different appointments, they never showed up nor had the customer service to even call and tell us. We had to call them. They would not let me talk to a manger because he was too busy. Highly recommend not hiring this company!!!

Roy Heating And Cooling came out today to install a new AC unit. They provided an honest assessment of my system needs and a price I could afford. They stayed long after installation to thoroughly explain my new warranty and answer any questions I had about the unit. I will absolutely be recommending.

I was introduced to Harry through a mutual acquaintance in the HVAC field and we spoke briefly on the phone while I was out on a job site. He was able to show up early and handle my furnace problem without me even being home, we even handled the bill over the phone.
