Kohler is a great company to do business with from Sales with Alex to the installer's David and Dennis to Frances and the rest of the sales staff. Everybody is friendly and professional.
I highly recommend Kohler HVAC, whether it is AC or Heating Service or repairs or New and Installations. They ARE VERY professional and their knowledge on these systems are beyond compare. They stand by their work an if you have a problem they respond in a super timely manner. I highly recommend yearly service for both systems-no sweat no hassle. give them a try next time you may have any issues w/ your systems, you'll be glad you did.
Kohler has shown 3 things that are becoming harder and harder to find these days; professionalism, skill/expertise, and solid customer services. They have far exceeded my expectations on their responsiveness to our needs. I couldn’t recommend higher!
About 12 years ago we had a complete heat pump/furnace installed by Kohler. Other than filters, we have never had an issue until recently. A service tech named Donovan came out within a few days to diagnose the problem. The parts were about two weeks away (factory) and called us for a follow-up appointment to install. Donovan came out to install the new part...very thorough and professional, AND a great attitude. We were very pleased with Kohler's service again, and would highly recommend them to anyone! """" June 30, 2023 Heat pump quit working last night...called the next morning, Brandon came out same afternoon, diagnosed and fixed problem. Great people...Great service, super pleased!

Installed aureus air scrubber. Results have been excellent so far. My sneezing and postnasal drip are gone. Good value.
The Kohler technician did an excellent job checking and correcting the settings and cleaning pine needles from the heat pump. I signed up for their maintenance program and get a discount on service.

First time using Kohler, after recommendation fro our realtor. Gordon was prompt, courteous and professional, and I signed up for a heating/ac maintenance contract on the spot. Great initial interaction.
Gave notification on estimated time of arrival and arrive promptly. Respected our home to not track in any mess and we very efficient with time. Very professional interaction with all of the technicians.

After calling several companies to help fix our A/C system on the hottest week, Kohler was the only one that made time to come out the following day. Gordon did amazing job explaining the issue and fixing it on the spot.
I am trying to set up a meeting for their rep to come over and price hvac system. Previous owners have used them to install a furnace. So why wouldn’t I do it too? Email communication, appointment set up is a nightmare. After several reminders when I finally scheduled for the appointment the rep does not show up, and I am being told that I cancelled the appointment last minute. I hope that their technicians are better that customer service. It’s a no no for me.
Brandon was here early, did the work very quickly and was kind and courteous. Very happy with the service we received. Would definitely use again. Thank you so much.
I can’t say enough about Kohler Heating and Air Conditioning. They pick up the phone every time I’ve called and it was easy to make an appointment. They showed up early, which I liked and did a wonderful job. The technician was professional and knew his stuff. I have no problem recommending Kohler Heating and A/C!

Mom's furnace woke us one morning to 78 degrees. It would not shut off! It is a very old furnace, but a Kohler. I called them right away. I spoke to Kaisha who was very kind and concerned. My mom at 98 year's old is easily chilled! Problem was solved during Easter holiday . I am so grateful to Brandon, a gentleman and a genius, Gordon who kindly came the first day, and special thanks to Tracy, for coordinating communications with my family until a part was found. She was very kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend this crew. Kohler came through for us! Thank you so much!

The service tech, Brandon was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, very responsive to all questions. He was able to determine our issues and we set up a maintenance plan. Excellent service.
