We had them install AC in our house last week. They were very professional, timely and responsive. Between when they were able to come out and give us a quote and the actual installation, it was about 2 weeks (faster turn around time than any other company we talked to). They weren't pushy about upgrading our current (older) furnace or installing a more expensive heat pump instead, just listened to exactly what we wanted. Also out of the 4 other companies we received quotes from, they were the most cost-effective by over $1k and we still received top-tier service and a high quality unit. Loved working with them as they made the whole process a breeze!
I called on a Monday morning, lost heat over night on a Heat Pump System, house dropped to 55 degrees. Serviceman (Riley) arrived at 1 PM and immediately took charge. He checked everything, starting at the thermostat, then the furness, then the Heat pump. Expecting a rather LARGE bill but we did need heat. Riley was spot on in detecting the issues, gave us emergency heat (which we did not know abut) for the immediate relief. Final issues was electrical in nature, a capacitor (I think) failed. He did a complete system check up, recommended yearly checkups (which we will now always do), and explained the bill in total. Our heat was up and running within 45 minutes of his arrival. The bill was $350 in total. I was shocked that there was never a hint of an "Upsell" and I will refer this company to everyone in my neighborhood. Thank you for the fast, professional, and honest service. Your company is pleasure to work with and a benefit to Gig Harbor.
In this day and age of delays because of equipment arrival, Gig Harbor Heating kept me appraised of the arrival of the new furnace and AC units. Staff was courteous, knowledgable and careful of my home. I would recommend them.
They saved us $8000. Another firm convinced us we needed a new heater because any repairs would be limited and we would be wasting our money. Please support Gig Harbor Heating and Cooling, they are honest, on time, and reputable, thank you so much. You are our go to HVAC contractor, and we will share with our community. When we do need a new heater we will purchase from Gig Harbor.
Woke up this morning to discover the furnace motor was burned out. Called them at 8am and got super lucky they had an opening for today. The tech that came out (On time! Yay!) turned out to actually be the owner. He was friendly, professional, and informative. Got the part installed, got the heat going again, and we all had a nice little chat about hot peppers too! lol. Definitely would recommend these guys and they are first on our list for any future HVAC issues.
I called them about 30 min BEFORE the appointment. They said the tech will come if I have the appointment scheduled and sounded like they're not sure why I worried about it. I called them because I didn't get any calls from anyone - appointments like this, the techs usually call you on their way. 30 min past the appointment time, I called to see what's going on. Then she said she's having a hard time reaching the tech, and will get back to me. I waited over an hour and called back. Still unable to reach the tech, and she will call me back to reschedule for another day. 4 weeks has passed, and I haven't received any calls from them. I don't know how big this company is, but two people dropped the ball that day. Maybe they don't care, but I would be unhappy to hear it as a owner.

Gig Harbor Heating & AC does a great job. Their staff is very professional, knowledgeable and prompt in responding to all of our service questions and needs. The onsite team is very careful and respectful of our home while doing work. We highly recommend this company and appreciate the service they provide!

Super friendly team from the initial consultation to the final install! The install is beautiful, clean, professional. I was worried about how the heat pump would look outside the house but they did such a good job, it looks fantastic! The new furnace in the garage looks amazing as well, so clean and organized. Couldn't be more pleased with their professional approach, including Travis who was superior in his repair and attitude. ( I had been told by another company that I needed a entire new system to the tune of 10-11 thousand $$. --'Travis found that it was just a simple capacitor replacement for 300$$!!!!

We first met Riley when he came and cleaned our ducts and vents. He was right on time, very professional, courteous, and helpful. When we needed a new heating system, we called Gig Harbor Heating and AC because of our good experience with Riley. Gabriel, their representative, was very helpful and checked in with us several times during the process to make sure everything was going smoothly. We are really pleased with our new heat pump and furnace. We will always choose this company in the future!
Gig Harbor Heating & AC rocks! During the freeze, my heat pump quit working. At 930 This morning, I called Gig Harbor H & AC, requesting service. By 1045, Riley was on site. He troubleshot the system, discovered and replaced a bad capacitor and was done by 1130. Reasonable prices and excellent, honest, and friendly service. I highly recommend!
Absolutely top drawer service from my initial contact with Susie in the office until Riley walked out of my home after fixing my furnace. Both Susie and Riley went the extra mile for me, by verifying I was still under warranty to Riley driving on treacherous roads to help me out. Thank you both very much.
