I've worked with them for years with a different property. When our unit went down I called around and Randys had the quickest and most professional call back. Shawn and Randy worked through our issue as quickly as they could and fixed our unit. Don't call the big companies call these guys for small business service that a large corporate company cannot give!

Randy's installed both our water heater and furnace. They truly have great pride in their work and excellent customer service. Both installations went over without any issues and their prices are very reasonable! When our water heater started leaking we called Randy's up early in the morning and he sent over Ahmed to help us out. Within the hour he was here fixing our water heater. Ahmed was professional, efficient and kind! Definitely would recommend Randy's Heating to anyone!

When we needed a new furnace, we called Randy’s. They came out with a bunch of guys and coordinated with another guy to have the electrical hooked up so we could also get A/C. They did a great job despite having some frustrations with the city for permits. Fast forward 3 years later and the furnace stopped kicking out heat in the middle of the cold weather season (December). I couldn’t fix it in my own and I called them after their working hours. Was going to call them in the morning but instead they showed up at my door early in the morning prepared to fix the issue. I am blown away about this and very thankful for this business. I have a 4-year old and we fought through the cold one night. Thankfully we don’t have to do it again tonight!

I highly recommend Randy's Heating! I had a challenging fireplace gas insert project, old house, steep roof, shallow firebox, no existing electrical or gas in the firebox. Most installers I spoke too told me the project wasn't feasible. Randy was the only person that gave me confidence he could pull this off. He is really knowledgable and seemed genuinely excited about the project. His team came out and completed everything in just two days (gas line, chimney vents, electrical wiring, and install). I was very impressed by their workmanship, attention to detail, and the final product. Randy's team is in high demand for good reason. Pictures of the before/after and rooftop heroics.

Randy’s is exceptional in both price and customer service, bar none! My 30-year-old heat pump system failed a few months ago and when I contacted Randy’s, I could not believe how quickly they responded. Within a day, I had a quote that was not only reasonable, but much less than others. Scheduling went very quickly unlike others I called who couldn’t even do a quote for over a month out, much less the job itself. The system has been installed now for 2 months, and today I was concerned there may be an issue as my power bill had spiked. As it turns out, nothing to do with the unit but here’s the thing – I called them at around 2:45pm on a Friday (today)and they had a tech at my house by 4pm to diagnose. Needless to say, I was blown away and found out that Randy himself took on a couple of calls so the tech could get here. Wow, just WOW! These guys deliver and from Randy, to Ian, to Kyle, and to Shawn who all participated in the process of my system replacement, I thank you all so very much!

Randy’s Heating was recommended to us by a realtor. Though I don’t know why and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone else. Randy was able to give us next day service when our roofers said we needed an old vent cap replaced before they could complete the roofing project (which we appreciated). However, what we didn’t appreciate was that they charged us $700 for a 30 min swap out (of which our roofers completed for them on the roof side of that project). Our roofing team tried to work a deal out with Randy and his team to help reduce the cost to us from Randy’s Heating since they were doing half of Randy’s Heating job anyways. They would not agree to it and we ended up paying a ridiculous amount of money for an incredibly simple swap out. For the record their work was fine but their rate was $375/hr (and they only did 30 min work - you do the math!). I think Randy recognized they were screwing us because he personally came back later (originally had sent just a laborer) that day and offered to service our furnace ‘free of charge’. We declined because we didn’t trust him. Buyer beware - the work may be fine, but the bill comes due and they aren’t going to work to find a reasonable compromise with you.

I am so glad we decided to use Randy for our furnace replacement/conversion. Even with living 3,000 miles away and having a three hour time difference, Randy made the installation process a breeze. He was more than willing to coordinate with myself and my tenants to get the job done in a timely manner. Randy even went out of his way to provide some very useful information for dealing with the gas utility provider for our conversion. I highly recommend Randy’s Heating and plan to reach out again when I plan to get central air. Thanks again, Randy!

My unit wasn't blowing cold air and I've had 3 different companies come look at. They all diagnosed a leak in the system right off the bat. Noone bothered to check the indoor unit but Randy's. Turned out, there was a blockage at the thermal expansion valve due to freezing (probably not wording it right). The other companies wanted to charge me an arm and a leg...one of them even said I had to replace my entire unit including the water heater. Randy's ordered the part, replaced it, and now we are comfortable in this scorching hot weather. Thanks Randy's crew for not bamboozling your customers.
