Dana's Heating and Cooling was amazing. This was my first time doing anything regarding HVAC and Dana's was professional, knowledgeable, and effective. The work team was also just as professional and knowledgeable about the installation and execution and also answered any/all questions I had. They were also very good at cleaning up afterwards which is always a huge plus. Highly recommend this company for anyone's HVAC needs in Kitsap County. Will definitely be using them in the future for mine.
Rick is very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do. It was a pleasure to have him at our house and he fixed our problem. Also made some recommendations and I think we will follow up on that. A little more expensive than anticipated but incredible service. Never had a bad interaction and everything was installed well. Their warranty is also a huge plus.
Dave, was my repair representative today and he gave me totally superb service, along with outstanding customer service. He was quick and accurate with his trouble shooting and repair to get my system back up and running. I appreciate Dana's customer service representative also. Stephanie's quick action to schedule and follow up meant a lot to me. Thank you Dana, and know I will use your business again and recommend it to anyone I know who need service in the future.
Zack came out and gave us a very thorough estimate and information about what he would do to provide us HVAC in our home. He talked us through positives and negatives and was very responsive to our questions. We had 3 companies come give us quotes and Dana's was the easiest, was the only company that could come and install in a month's time, and price wise for what we are getting they were right in line. Definately recommend!

Justin is one of the best service guys we’ve had from Dana’s. We’ve had problems with leaks in the past and he made sure everything was secure and running well this year. I would deff recommend Justin to do your Dana’s heating service!

We have been a longtime customer of Dana's Heating and Cooling. They installed a new furnace 19 years ago after learning that our headaches were beining caused from a cracked manifold in the original furnace. Today we had a new furnace and A/C unit installed. Again we expierence nothing, but outstanding service with both the salesman (Rodger) and the installation team.
