The service man came at the time he said he would come, explained the problem, and set a date for repair. Very professional.

I had a technician come out to the house and do a very thorough job for getting and estimate for a new Heat Pump. They talked me through options, what the expected concerns were and how they come to their assessment of right choice for equipment for my situation.
Didn’t use them yet, but had them come by for an estimate & Nathan was awesome! I had to bring my kid to school and he was able to work around that which was so appreciated.
Super response time to put this job on schedule. Great communication with prompt and professional service. Will definitely use again!
Only place to get your heating and cooling needs. I do building maintenance and this the only place I'll get my replacement parts and filters

Compressor on heat pump failed. The service tech not only repaired the compressor but also did a good job of explaining what the problem, how the system works and proper maintenance procedures:

I was in need of a gas furnace maintenance, as the pilot light had gone out. Their guy was early which I REALLY appreciated! He was patient while I handled out lunch to the 4 people I had hired for the day. He was thorough as he tested my furnace…. He seemed happy I was asking questions, way too many questions! He never gritted his teeth once!! I will call you every time, if I need furnace help. Thank you for hiring, I think his name was Jordan. Great customer service!
Peninsula installed my heat pump! It was only a short wait (6 weeks vs 6 months from other companies) between making the purchase decision and the installation. Josh, the sales rep, gave me all the information I needed to get to "yes" promptly, and sized my system correctly - where other companies wanted to go "bigger", he only wanted to go "right". Stephen and Steve were my installers, and they were very professional, answering my many, many questions throughout their time here. They took out the old gas furnace, handled the old gas lines, and coordinated the electrical installation along the way. Would definitely recommend Peninsula to anyone interested in heat pumps.

Great reputation and responded promptly to my calls, but they don't service people beyond Kitsap, so ultimately we were not able to do business.
