This is the second time I've contracted with KT Sterling Mechanical Inc. Six years ago, the team replaced my upstairs HVAC. This year my downstairs HVAC was replaced. Awesome job both times, and they were very professional and friendly.
K T Sterling is my go-to when I have any HVAC issues. I have used them for maintenance and complete replacements. I trust their honest opinion and quality of work.
Great team of people. Very responsive and got the job completed in a timely manner. Also very honest about issues and they explain the problem and propose different solutions based on your budget. Highly recommend and will be using their services again if needed.
Highly recommend KT Sterling Mechanical. Our 31 year old water heater finally failed and Kenny’s crew of polite and friendly professionals did an amazing job with installing a new one. Better than expected!

Had both HVAC units and ductwork replaced by the team from K T Sterling Mechanical. Job well done ! House cools and heats more efficient than ever. Electric bill has also decreased a noticeable amount. Would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

Sadly, when I called them this year for my yearly check up I never got a response. I actually called 3 different times over 2 weeks, had to leave a message with the call center and never got a call back. So, I called Smith and Keene, got a person to answer the phone and a lovely, professional technician the very next day.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Employee came out to fix our ac and it worked for 2 days and invoiced us $134 then broke again and LEAKED into our living room. Called the company back and the dispatcher is someone will call us back. Never did. Called twice again the next day. Never called back. My husband ended up trying to fix it and it worked temporarily then broke again. Called them a 4th time and owner called me back. He said he had NO RECORD of our invoice. I had the invoice in my hand, read it to him, he then told me it was probably one of his employees fraudulently charging us and that there was nothing he could do. Told him i was going to write a bad review and call the BBB and he said “go right ahead” DO NOT USE THEM

I've owned three houses over the years and previously used other HVAC companies for my HVAC needs. When my current system started having problems, I called KT Sterling because they previously did such a great job on a water heater replacement. Kenny was straightforward and provided a great quote with no up-selling. His team (Rocky, Andrew, Carl, George, and Nate) completed the attic install first, and then the downstairs system the next week. The team was very professional, kept us informed of what they were doing, cleaned up every day before they left, and explained operation of the system when complete. I highly recommend KT Sterling Mechanical for any of your HVAC needs!

This company is so professional, kind, and they do great work! From when we first contacted KT Sterling to when the job was done, the process was nice and easy. The owner responded promptly to our contacts and sent a very specific, informative, and easy to read proposal for our job. The technicians who came out to do the work were all really friendly and walked us through what work needed to be done and what we should expect. They worked effectively and efficiently and left our home clean and warm! We will definitely use them again for any future heating/air conditioning needs!
The previous owners Jerry rigged our HVAC but once our unit went out I gave K T sterling a call and let me tell ya communication was there they sent couple HVAC Techs to check into and they did a phenomenal job and they are definitely proud of the work they do I would highly recommend them as well as will call them in the future !!!
I was having an issue with my AC drain pipe. They were out the same day. Technician was very knowledgeable and offered a few things to have my ac working better. Prior to doing any work he showed me pictures of my unit and what was going on. He was extremely professional,friendly, and knowledgeable. I will utilize them for any future work as well.
