After having a number of quotes and estimates from other companies, we decided to go with J&K to replace and install our HVAC and all our ductwork. That was back in 2011 and we’ve never regretted our decision. J&K has always given us friendly and helpful service for the last 12 yrs. I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.
Tim was on time and worked in a timely matter.
Based on earlier recommendations (below) from Ken and the staff at J&K, we contracted with them to install a humidifier for winters, a dehumidifier for summers, and an air cleaner. As she always is, Linda was courteous and prompt in scheduling the installation and subsequent follow-up visits to "tweak" the system. Jame, Tim and Devonta were professional and thorough at our home doing the work. We have been customers of J&K for seasonal maintenance for many years and are looking forward to continuing to do so. J&K conducted an assessment of the status of our AC system, particularly with respect to dehumidification of our home, which had recently experienced excessive humidity and mold problems. James and Devonta were courteous, professional and provided a comprehensive written report.
They are very responsible. Thoughtful of property, and very polite. We have been dealing with this company for a very long time, and have no complaints!

Great job. They went above and beyond to find the past that was back ordered.
I woke up on a Saturday morning to no heat. I called Kenny and within hours a technician came out to assess the problem. A part had to be ordered so there was no fixing it that day, however, first thing Monday morning I received a call from Kenny telling me they had a part for me and would be out to replace it that day. They promptly came and within an hour I had heat again. Their punctuality and professionalism was refreshing. Thank you, Kenny and your staff for a job. well done.

De. 24, 2022, Christmas Eve our heating system stopped working that evening. J&K Heating and Air Conditioning came to our rescue. Mind you, many homes were experiencing heating issues that day. Be that as it may, J&K Heating and Air Conditioning responded to our request for favor and followed up by checking on us thereafter.
J&K are fantastic. Their customer support is unparalleled. Twice I've called in what I thought was an expensive emergency and they walked me through a fix on the phone. It is 13 degrees today. We woke up to no heat. I got a call on not just a Saturday, but Christmas Eve Saturday with a suggestion that ended up being the solution. I couldn't be happier. They've got my business for life.
Employees were on time, very knowledgeable and professional. All work was done timely and accurately. I give them 5 stars.
Ken came over and gave us a very good quote on replacing our 20+ year old water heater, and then Tim came and did a very professional installation in a timely manner. This was our first time using J & K but definitely won't be the last!

J&K Heating & Cooling. This company has very talented professionals. From the front office with ownership, Ken and Linda, they take care of their customers. Recently (July 18-21, 2022), had a major heat pump part fail. No AC and the heat wave hit. J&K found the part and within 1 day and it arrived 2 days later. Then their very experienced technician Tim Hoose, drove to the delivery truck, confirmed the part and yes, Linda had rearranged the schedule so that later that afternoon the system was up and running, OMG. Great company. Knowledgeable professional staff. Honest and reliable. Do youself a favor give them a call for any HVAC need.
