I have been using Bud's for around 14 years now. They are always professional no matter what tech comes to your house. They trouble shoot issues ahead of time and let you know within the next few visits if replacement issues will arise.
Will B was very professional yet friendly. He answered all my questions and checked out any concerns that i had with my system. He also changed my filters for me, which I appreciate greatly, because I am old and can't climb up on a ladder. You've got yourself a wonderful technician.
Ryan and John did an amazing job installing our hot tub power! I. Time, always courteous and professional, charged exactly what was quoted, I couldn’t be happier with the results!
Bud’s is definitely my go to for my HVAC problems. I have been using them for a little over 18 years. The service technician, Jake, who recently took care of my problem was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
Early one morning I found a leak in the connection to my water heater (which is in the attic) so I needed it fixed ASAP. After calling Bud's they gave me a service window the next morning starting at 8am. The technician actually contacted me at 7:50 saying he could be there in 10 minutes. He quickly examined and diagnosed the leak, made a quick trip to get the required parts, then it was fixed, less than two hours start to finish. Great service. Very professional. Will use again.
My technicians at Bud's were professional, explained everything they were going to do, the advantages and price of the different fix options, completed the job quickly and cleaned the area after the job was completed.
Just wanted to give a shout out on here! Had a small leak off one of the water main, called Buds on Friday and had an appt for Monday. Jack came out, showed me the issue, and then took care of the problem quickly, professionally, and with great quality. Thanks again, Jack! Your hard work and expertise is much appreciated!
As a person who works the night shift, the technician(Jack) was professional, polite, quiet, and efficient. I even dozed off a few times, and my dogs barely noticed him in the house. Now the AC system is working at an optimal level. Thanks Bud, Thanks Jack!!!
Fast service! Scheduled for 3-6pm, but Andy, our service tech called at 1pm and said he could come early. Upon arrival, he got our AC back up and running in less than an hour. Great job!

I received the great service that I have come to expect from Bud's. That's why it's my "go to" company for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. Or, in this case, installing a new toilet.
I called Bud's to take care of 2 plumbing issues. When I made the appointment I asked if they could send Chris M. back since he had helped me about 2 weeks ago with another plumbing problem. I was very pleased Bud's scheduled Chris for the service call. He is very professional, knowledgeable and has very positive attitude about his work. I had just purchased a new LG refrigerator & I had concerns with the current water line matching up properly with the new unit. I also had a dripping faucet with my kitchen sink. He is excellent at getting to the root of the problem, making recommendations for the repair, explaining what has gone wrong and how he could fix it to my satisfaction. I will ask for Chris again whenever I have any plumbing needs for my home. He is an excellent technician of Bud's Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning.
Bud's Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning are always top notch. I'm alway's kept informed and feel they are fair and value making sure I'm satisfied. They even do electrical work.
Had a hvac system installed that the compressor went out within the first summer of use. Called to have it repaired and got a little run around at first but called later and the issue was covered under warranty. The techs and manager were very nice and worked with me to resolve the issue. Fast forward a year later and my front spigot was leaking. Figured I'd call buds again because sometimes things from the manufacturer are not all they are cracked up to be and the people were pleasant to deal with. They came out and replaced it and again staff was very nice and respectable. Less than a year later the front spigot explodes on me leaking inside and outside my garage. Called to set an appointment to have a new one put in but after a bit of thinking am looking for a different spot because even though the staff is polite and respectful thier products don't seem to last. I don't have a bad word to say about the staff but I do have a few choice words about the products they use.
Have called Bud's for checkups under their maintenance plan and for some household repairs. Saved money this time on this AC repair due again to having the maintenance plan. Everyone at Bud's does a good job. Repair Tech kept me informed as to the nature of the repair and the progress he was making. Very happy with Bud's.
First time using Bud’s and we were very pleased with our experience. The service tech, Steven, was professional and arrived on time and did a thorough job. Will definitely call them again for future HVAC service :)
As a disabled woman alone, i felt safe with the technician in my home. he was friendly, professional and efficient. I am well pleased.
