I cannot say enough positive things about this company. We called on a Friday night and our call was answered immediately! Every single person we encountered was extremely professional and courteous and friendly. They were very responsive and showed up on time and did everything they promised. I am completely impressed with the extraordinary customer service provided by every team member. We are very happy with our new HVAC system, and I have no doubt this will be our new company of choice for all of our HVAC needs from now on. I am so glad we made the call! Thank you WGS! I will recommend to all of my friends.
Very professional, responsive, on time and excellent quality. Extremely happy with the install of my A/C unit and thermostat. Rusty and technician, Jacob, Duke and Jennifer were awesome and I appreciate the quality of their work and attention to detail. I just wanted to say the company and service is second to none. Rusty is fantastic he really worked with me to get my new AC unit installed. He explained everything from beginning to end, and was upfront on all the costs. I have dealt with him almost a year and will continue to utilize all there services. Wonderful service by technicians Ronnie and Anthony anytime they come for routine maintenance or emergency repairs! They are consistently on time (even when retrieving additional parts needed) and are genuinely friendly and polite whenever in our home. They also are very informative with any questions I have. Highly recommend!
We were referred to White Goods Services by a friend. They responded promptly and explained all that was necessary. They removed our ancient furnace and quickly installed the new one in 3 days! Many thanks to Russ, Anthony Ron and Ariana.
Amazing staff and services! No fuss Russ, Ariana office manager /dispatcher and Anthony my technician were very responsive and knowledgeable in getting my heat back up and running as quickly as possible. Called over the weekend for help with an AC unit. They weren’t available to come out that night, but he walked through the problem with me and in under 5 minutes diagnosed what was wrong and had me up and running - all at 6 pm on a Saturday! Great customer service and highly recommend - will return for all HVAC needs
5 Star service from my initial call to diagnosis of my problem, even to listening to what I could contribute informational wise. Technician Dusty was very professional and down to earth. He worked his job until it was repaired and offered immediate and long term maintenance reliefs. Definitely will remain loyal to them. Extremely reasonable pricing. Thanks so much. I couldn't leave without thanking the kind lady who set up everything. Without you,my daughter granddaughter and I would still be suffering upstairs. Thanks again to these great human beings. Superb customer service. I called for a second opinion because the first company's "diagnosis" was "system at end of life" (12 yrs). White Goods set up a diagnostic service call, tech was there within an hour. Diagnosed a specific cause of decreased cooling capacity and remedied it within another hour. $400 repair instead of a $6000 replacement. We will probably need a newer system sometime, but not soon. These folks take great care and pride in their training and work. I will only use white Goods Services in the future for all our HVAC needs. My highest recommendation.
Fantastic company I called on a monday they sent technician out the next day ..I'm very happy with them as the technician was very polite and was very knowledgeable on how to solve my problem and arrived right on time. I would recommend them to my friends
Very impressed by professionalism and craftsmanship of WGS techs Tony and Cody. They performed an excellent job diagnosing & replacing 23-year-old HVAC units. A real frustration of home ownership is dealing with companies that exhibit poor workmanship. This was not the case for WGS, in fact it was refreshing, they were very responsive, addressed all concerns / questions, provided clear communication throughout, and best of all performed excellent workmanship!
They did their work perfect and Anthony is competent and very friendly as well as Ariana in the office and Russ at the phone. Thank you guys for taking care of my AC leak and I will recommend you and use your service again.

Anthony was very nice and clean. He explained my HVAC System problem so that I could understand. Anthony is a Master of his craft. Very knowledgeable. They are very fast with answering your work order. I do recommend!!!
