My A/C would not cool the house. I called One Hour and they came out the same day. FOund the problem and had my unit replaced and cooling the next day. Great crew.
The technician that came out to my home smelled like weed and i have bad allergies set it in to Overdrive also continuously being on his cell then when he was done he told me that he do jobs on side so if i know someone that need they ac fix for me to give them his contact information first lost my business completely.
Josh was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and focused. He diagnosed my A/C problem , and explained the solution, implemented his plan and repaired my units fault. I am grateful for such professional technicians as josh are available with my service contract. Thank you josh

Michael Porter did an excellent job in all aspects of proposal for a replacement HVAC system, he put everything in writing what they would be doing, I’m a happy customer. I don't know how this company has such positive reviews when their Yelp is littered with negative feedback. One Hour completely took advantage of my elderly parents. Installed an AC/Heating unit that hasn't worked correctly since it was installed in 2020. Beware these people are criminals. One Hour should be ashamed of themselves as a predatory company targeting an elderly veteran.
Great service. AC died and a repair man was here to fix in under 24 hours! And he came 6 hours before I expected him. Matt checked the entire system to be sure the problem was resolved. Can't say enough good things about One Hour.
The sales rep was great, however, one hour is very proud of their equipment and service. They’re quoting a very cheap system for almost double of what two other contractors have told me they would do the job for.
Cheyenne Beasley was the best. Not only did she provide OJT to another associate, but she remained to work during a storm with rain coming down sideways. Unfortunately my system needs more work, but she did everything in her power to give me a good assessment.
Gary is an awesome technician that took his time to make sure my A/C system was functioning properly after the repairs were made. He ensured temperatures were trending properly and the unit was draining as expected. He remembered previous issues we have had and checked those repairs as well.
Shawn did an excellent job fixing our AC unit. He did not stop when the first problem was fixed. Or the second. He worked until all rhe clogs were removed and then addressed the underlying problem. He is such an impressive young man we are going to ask for him to do all our work in the future.
Thank you OHHAAC!!!! You all have managed to hire some awesome associates, however, Gary is what we call the cream of the crop. He investigate walks thru all the checks n balances and comes back with the highs and lows. He explains thoughtfully and simply whats wrong what need to be done throughout the process. You also have chosen one heck of a trainer he is thorough patient and passionate about what he does. Gary represents your commerical to a T. I am always pleased with your service and comfort club plan. When I call they come next day every time and the prices are honest. Thank you OHHAAC
Brett was thorough and explained things as he proceeded. He offered services applicable to our system and did not “push” anything we didn’t think fit. Just what the situation called for.
I just want to share a wonderful experience I had with one of the technicians that works for One Hour, Gary is a super nice guy and if all the guys/girls that work for One Hour are like him then I see why One Hour gets such great reviews! He was super friendly and knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole ordeal, I highly recommend One Hour just on their kindness and friendliness alone, not including the fantastic job they do..they do great work and it shows through the employees 👏
Tech was a welcomed breath of fresh air. Very professional and effecient. Would have given it 5 stars except the he left the area where he was working without cleaning it.
Josh was awesome . He came out to view needs and gave us some he best option to help heat and cool our house addition and to fix our existing concerns with issues . He gave us the most cost effective way to fix our home . Josh Smith was knowledgeable about all options and products and did. It try and offer something that wouldn’t work .
I would like to say that out tech Bailey Cowher was highly professional, knowledgeable and so courteous!! Such a great asset to this company! He explained everything step by step and was so patient with us. Thank you Bailey for being the one who came and helped us.
Buyer beware! We thought there was a clog in the system. They told us there wasn't a clog, but that our system was very old and needed replaced. After the technician, they sent a salesman and manager who overstayed their welcome, and tried to sell us a $20k system for our 1,600 sq ft home. We tried to see if our home warrenty would be able to cover it, and they said go just get it done and send the home warranty the bill. We felt very uncomfortable with their aggressive sales tactics, so we got a second opinion. The second company very quickly found a clog and cleared it out, and did some additional maintance for the same cost as One Hour's diagnostic fee. Long story short, beware. They would rather replace the system than repair it, and will bother you for hours so that they can tell you how amazing they are and how you need to buy a whole new system from them. If your salesmen have enough time to spend half of their day trying to sell you on $20k, that's a major red flag. We are so glad we got a second opinion. Stay away!
Issue after issue after issue on a 3 year old BRAND NEW SYSTEM. We have had technicians come to our home 5 times this month alone. This is reoccuring every single summer. UNACCEPTABLE! We've spent thousands of dollars to use this supposedly professional company. This doesn't include the 3 days it took them to install and get this brand new system working properly when we had a newborn at home in the heat of summer. The tech was at our home from 10a until 1a that day!!! As of today, we have yet to have anyone who owns the company or manager at the company call to talk to us about why we were sold a faulty system and the company refuses to make it right, just putting lipstick on a pig. We get the run around EVERY TIME. BUYER BE WARE!
