This was my second time using MTS and I was again extremely pleased! We called Tom in the late afternoon as our downstairs AC unit went out and he had someone at the house the very next morning. I called Tom after the service call as I was not home when Daniel assessed the situation. Tom provided two options, called me back within 10 minutes with the quotes and had the outside AC unit replaced the next day (at a very reasonable price I might add). At MTS everyone is professional, courteous and extremely efficient. I have never worked with such a responsive HVAC company before and they are definitely my only go to HVAC company I will use in the future. Thank you MTS!

I have searched high and low for trustworthy honest people. If you are call others rather then using these people you are loosing it is just that simple. I challenge you to find a better AC service company. I will never ever call anyone else. This is the only company I recommend. PERIOD.

Got some absolutely outstanding service from MTS today. I came home at noon and found my downstairs unit had quit working. I called Brian and he said that either he or someone else would be there with in the hour. I couldn't believe it. They came and fixed the problem and had me back up and running. I have used MTS for service contracts and all my repair and replacement work for 7 years and they are amazing. Very reasonably priced too.
It is so rewarding to find a company with such integrity. MTS provided us with outstanding service with no unnecessary extra repairs. We have a 7 year old unit that stopped working on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. We called MTS and Brian came right out. We thought we would be without AC all weekend but we were up and running within an hour of him arriving at a great price! Brian and MTS are honest, professional and reliable and we will not call anyone else.
If you need AC repairs this is the company to call! The owner Tom called me back on Monday morning and had Daniel come out to fix my problem! I have had them working on my units in two homes for years and every time I am more than pleased with the response time, the service, the politeness, and the price of their services. MTS delivers great professional support for my HVAC year round. They’ve supported me for years. They have always shown professional, courteous service that is effective in keeping my costs low and my systems running without down time.
MTS came out and really took care of me during the last couple weeks of the spring rush, just as it was getting really hot outside. I needed an entirely new system to replace the old system that broke 3 weeks after I bought my house. They came right over and assessed the situation, gave me a list of all my options and prices, and gave me an honest recommendation on what to do. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and they offered to let me borrow a few window units to get me through the heat wave until they could come out for the install. I anticipated waiting several weeks before they could get out there and they called me three days later to see if they could squeeze me in the next day (less than a week after they came to look at it) They really did a great job and most of all they were FAIR, HONEST, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was comfortable in my home until they could get it fixed. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
I couldn't have been happier with the service. They were able to repair vice replace the whole system as the previous guy from another company i spoke with wanted to do without even identifying where the leak was. MTS found the leak and replaced the coil. It was so nice to have someone come out that I felt I could trust. These folks are highly recommended.

Mike and his brothers were outstanding. Great price, pro install and the system is working as advertised. I am a REALTOR and have worked with many HVAC companies and MTS is at the top of my list. They are punctual, professional, informative and most importantly HONEST. I refer them to all my clients and family in need.
My in laws recommended MTS as they had done work on their hvac system in the past, and are the first contractors they really trusted to do good work. I called on Monday as my hvac unit had been messing up. This time of year I knew they would be backed up with service requests, but they got me on their list and came out, ran multiple tests, and fixed the issue. They ended up saving me a bunch of money from the previous estimate from a competitor. I will definitely call them for yearly upkeep on our system for now on.
MTS was recommended to me by a family friend. I reached out in reference an issue I was having at my house and found out a few things. First, my previous HVAC company was over charging me. Second, MTS are reliable and passionate about their business. They explained the problem and then went on to resolve it. Since the first encounter, MTS continues to show up on time, resolve issues I have, and go out of their way to prevent future issues. Over the past 5 years I have continued to not only use MTS for my personal house but our multiple rental properties as well. Highly recommend MTS for HVAC work.
My father hired them to do some work on my cooling system when it wouldn't cool last summer. Turns out the problem was the thermostat. Instead of charging us an arm and a leg, they upgraded the device and walked us through how to use it. The amount of money saved in electricity has paid for their service over and over. They are truly knowledgeable, friendly and looking to fix what is needed...not what is expensive. Won't call anyone else!
Wonderful company. My parents needed help with their AC unit and Brian came out the same day to help with their issue. They are very reliable and will use them again for any future issues!
Absoutlely the best
Great service, made it out to us even in the snow storm. Found the issue quickly, repaired it so we didn't freeze during the unusually low temps. Very honest, and gave us realistic recommendations with no pressure. Highly recommend and will use them when we move forward with replacing our unit.
