Boss's son came out and fixed the problem very quickly. Super nice guy, didn't charge much at all, my very protective dog who hates strangers loved him on the spot so that's a good sign.
A/C system shutdown during the hottest days of the year. Charged but other technicians could only speculate source of problem. Gave Joyner's a try based on reviews. Steve responded quickly and was able to identify a small faulty component on a circuit board, soldered, and my system was operational again. Charge was reasonable and well worth it. Joyner's will be my go to in the future.

Our A/C unit stopped working Saturday at some we were out of town not realizing it until sunday. We called Joyner's heating & cooling Sunday afternoon and they were there within the hour. Not only did they show up on a Sunday, they worked in the heat and humidity under heat advisory for over 2 hours to try and diagnose the problem. They were informative and extremely up front about what needed to be done and what the cost would be. It turns out the motor in our unit needed replacing. They were out the very next afternoon fixing it and it works like a charm. We were so impressed with the service given and professionalism we signed up for their maintenance program and even got my parents to join as well! Very happy with their excellent service and knowledge of the job!

I had an emergency air conditioning issue with a storm last night and required evening (9pm) 24/7 service. Called, received a quick and fair quote, with all expectations set upfront. They arrived within 30 min, repaired within the hour. We even chatted about my long-term goals with my furnace, ducts, compressor, and separate mini-split I have installed in the garage. Can’t recommend Joyner’s more, will definitely be using them again for HVAC needs! Fair pricing, great service, hometown recommended!

Our technician came to our door 30 minutes after we called. He wore a mask, was polite and very professional. He detected the issues, got the parts and quickly fixed the ac at half price another tech had quoted. I definitely recommend Joyner's Heating & Cooling.

Big companies charge $60 to show up, and $1000 to repair. This is a little more for the assessment, but WAY CHEAPER in the long run!! Very genuine and helpful- was willing to give me advice before I just even book it. Pick these guys!!!

I am so glad I called this company!! Our a/c had been leaking Freon, and the technician finally found it without doing an extensive test. The tech was at my house within an hour of me calling. If I could give him 100 stars, I would!! Honest, caring and awesome work!

Solo parent military spouse here - I had three different people come to my house because each one left me feeling ripped off, and confused. I was SO happy when I found Joyner’s. He himself was so kind, didn’t make it too technical when explaining the issues to me, and didn’t try to sell me anything. He came the day I called and was in and out in less than two hours. I finally found my hvac go to in Virginia Beach! Bonus : He offered to allow me to let me dog out !
