Stay away from this company!!! Ask home warranty for another company before dealing with this company. They will start the job, do the bare minimum say they will have to come back out and you will never see/hear from them again. They don’t answer or return calls. Even the home warranty company had difficulty with contacting them. When the home warranty company finally heard back they lied and said I missed my appointment and that they called me numerous of times but I never answered.
They came out to look at my unit told me they needed to order the fan motor told me to pay my warranty deductible and they would order the part and they never came back my A/c unit is still not working.And they won't answer or return my call. Don't use them they're not reliable

Awesome bunch
DO NOT USE this company unless you like your house damaged. They got paid to install a new HVAC and some other accessories and did about 10% of the job they were paid to do. They essentially plugged the new unit into the wall and left. They cut a large hole into the siding of the house that was unsealed, they did not connect the duct to the unit in the attic, and they DID NOT fit the condensation pipe to the unit much less prime or glue the pipe. The only reason why I found out about the last 2 was because the disconnected condensation pipe leaked all the water into the attic causing water damage to my home. When I reached out to the company regarding my issue, not only did they not answer, they actively avoided my phone calls and voice mails, and I have been unable to get a hold of anyone but Caleb (who deferred me to the owner, Brian) to this day, 3 weeks later. And even Caleb has stopped answering my phone calls. It's one thing to do a poor job as long as they are willing to work with you to remediate the problem, but it's a whole another issue to avoid responsibility for the damage their gross negligence has caused. They can expect to hear from my legal office soon, since a legal notice is a universal language for companies like this and something they can't just ignore.
Caleb and team were quick to respond and very professional. Matt was super professional and located the issue and took care of it right away. He was very thorough with explaining the issue and how to fix it! I definitely recommend Green Run Heating and Cooling !!!!!
The absolute worst experience of my life and I’m a class A contractor and I have used hundreds of HVAC companies. Been out of town on business and my air condition goes bad. Not bad per se but has issues. My 13-year-old daughter and my neighbor we’re at my house calling me telling me what a jerk the technician was. He told them He would not go into the attic until tomorrow when it was cooler. This was at 2 PM. I told my 13-year-old to tell him he hast to go check the air handler in the attic to make sure everything is fixed. When she asked him if he was going to go into the attic he said you want air condition right. This was after he told her he would be coming back tomorrow because it was too hot. It is now eight hours after the fact And my air condition is still at 80°. I would not recommend this company if it was free.
I did not use Green Run Heating and Cooling because Caleb couldn't find the time ( at his earliest convenience) to return my call. I gave over 24 hours waiting for a return call. using the excuse (via text) , that he promptly replied to , that all calls are returned at his convenience and he was out all last week. So apparently the business comes to a stand still around Caleb. I am not completely sure why him being gone the previous week stops a call from happening Monday? Under previous leadership Green Run Heating and Cooling was much more professional and responsive.
I asked them for an estimate for a new HVAC system. Instead the technician came along and “did something” that I did not request. Of course they charged me $100 for the call when all I wanted is an estimate for HVAC replacement. Also ran my credit card 2 weeks later. I was completely taken by surprised. Don’t recommend.

We have been using Green Run for a few years now. When our AC went out, we had a few companies come out to check it (thinking we probably needed a new system). The other two immediately said we needed a new unit. Green Run spent time really checking out what was wrong and we were able to get about three additional years out of our system. This year it finally died. We called three companies, just for price comparison. Green Run came in about $2500 less than the others. We now have a brand new HVAC system and couldn't be happier. Everyone we have worked with at Green Run has been very professional and friendly, and they truly are all about customer satisfaction. We highly recommend this company.

We called and called and called. They didn't even have the decency or courtesy to return numerous calls.
My friend and I have been out of AC since the end of February and we were having communication issues with our apartment complex regarding having it fixed and what the issue was. 2 guys (I didn’t catch their names but they were really cute) arrived around 9am and worked diligently until almost 5. They didn’t plan for it to take that long to fix, but our ac is now blowing cold air for once! Thank you whoever you guys are, y’all are lifesavers! 10/10, would recommend
