Fusion and their service technician Vincent are Amazing!!! So happy to be customers with this great company. The tune up that Vincent did for our unit Friday was top notch he made sure everything was thoroughly done to keep our unit that Fusion installed continues to work perfectly!!! The office was friendly and were able to accommodate a same day service call. However, the technician (Vincent) was incredibly rude and patronizing from the moment he got out of the van. I did mess up the address - that’s on me but still after the technicians attitude I was completely turned off and cancelled the service call. I can’t speak to their services but it wasn’t a good showing.
I will FOREVER use Fusion Heating & Air! Ben and Shawn have out worked other companies I have used before. Not only did Ben come out the next day, he provided suggestions & provided quotes for each individual job. Their work ethic, quality of work & customer service has been outstanding and I am so grateful for all they have done. Great guys, offering great service and piece of mind! I am a forever customer!
My AC froze up. I called Fusion at 8 am. They sent Vincent at 10. I needed a new unit. CT, Zach, Tim and Shawn installed it today. I am very happy with all of them and would recommend Fusion to anyone needing service or an install
Vincent was awesome….his knowledge was apparent, but it was his attention to detail and eagerness to make sure I understood what was going was what made this an extraordinary experience. It turned out that my last HVAC company turned off an outside breaker….and that was it! From now on I only trust my system to Fusion HVAC and ive signed up for the regular maintenance!
Had the mini splits installed. Tim, CT, and Shawn did a great job at installing them, were super professional, and over did a fantastic job over the course of the installation. I am very pleased with how it all went and my new mini splits are doing a great job.
Overall great service.. The tech was knowledgeable and explained everything he did. And provided me additional tips with my A/C unit.
Cleaning coils in attic box, heat pump, and outside A/C unit. Replaced air filter. Really needed these services- will make system more efficient. Also replaced several light bulbs with LEDs as power saver (as part of the Dominion efficiency program).
Shawn, Tim and CT did an excellent job on installation of my new HVAC system. They were able to get me in right away, they arrived on time and worked hard to get my system up and running!
Shawn, Tim and Zach from Fusion completely replaced our boiler and upgraded to a Navien Combination Boiler. They were extremely professional, on time, explained everything in detail and showed up exactly how to work it. We are thrilled with the new system and the level of professionalism from Fusion!

I was very pleased with the work that was done to install new ducting, registers, and an AC unit in my home. The team arrived every day on time and made it a priority to protect my home from their work with drop cloths and care while moving through the house. At the end of every day they cleaned up thoroughly and my home felt like it was ours for the night, not a work site. The initial quote and system layout was spot on, works great, and is a definite improvement over the existing in floor register system. Thank you again for the great work!
