I had an appt scheduled quickly and was provided friendly and knowledgeable service.
We hired Fair mechanical to completely replace all of our HVAC equipment as well as replace all the ductwork in our house several years ago. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of the process then. Today we had a problem with the air conditioning, Fair mechanical, came out the same and day got us back up and running. I highly recommend Fair mechanical. They are extremely professional. They take great pride in what they do and they are very skilled at the work they do. You will not find a company with more honesty and integrity anywhere. Oh and by the way, their pricing was as good or better than anybody else we compared.

I’ll never call anyone else, Fair Mechanical is our HVAC company and always will be! We became customers in the beginning and have watched Danny Fair grow the company. When we needed a new HVAC system, James and Tom and the team did not rest until the whole system was performing at peak efficiency. Every time we move we bring them along as our HVAC company to the new house. Now they have revolving maintenance plans which takes the pressure off of remembering to schedule periodic visits, and I’m still one happy customer. You won’t regret calling Fair Mechanical
Was without AC over the weekend, but Fair Mechanical showed up first thing Monday morning and were on time! Deshawn was my technician and was so kind! Even played with my dog and was being so so sweet to her while he repaired my unit! He explained everything that was going on, how he was fixing it, how to prevent and made suggestions as to how to improve! Very happy with the service and results, would absolutely recommend and definitely will be using Fair Mechanical in the future and requesting Deshawn for any future needs!
I’ve used Fair Air to replace both my AC units. They’re thorough, honest, and very responsive. James is great and Lori’s communication is top notch!
Danny and the crew took great care of me. My outdoor unit needed a part that was difficult to get because of its age. When we realized it was going to take longer than we had hoped to get the part, they brought me a portable AC unit to help while we waited. Great stuff. Both Danny and the office are very responsive if you have questions or problems. I will most definitely continue to use Fair Mechanical.
I had a new HVAC system installed I appreciated the time spent explaining my options and the professional installation.
Had a leak in my kitchen ceiling. I thought it was related to my A/C system. Frank (Technician) was very thorough and evaluated the A/C drain lines and cleaned out the lines and found no leak. He then evaluated the leak around the kitchen recessed light fixture and discovered it was not the A/C but a plumbing issue. I thought he did a great job to find problem lead. Now I am trying to track down my plumber.
The Fair mechanical employees were professional and kept me informed of the progress of the process . I would highly recommend them for any services needed. From the diagnosis to the complete installation I could not have asked for service to have been better.

My Geo Thermal Unit stopped working overnight; Fair Mechanical was able to send someone out to my house the same day I called. The Tech was professional and friendly. He was able to easily diagnose the problem and got my system back up and running quickly. I highly recommend this company for all your Heating & AC needs.
I scheduled a routine maintenance check and also had a smart thermostat installed and I was so impressed with the scheduling and service with Fair Mechanical. James and Daishon were great at explaining everything to me and completing the install of my smart thermostat. I will definitely be using and recommending Fair Mechanical in the future!
Fair Mechanical was an extremely pleasant experience during a not so pleasant time of needing a HVAC system replaced. The technicians are knowledgeable and honest. They are passionate about their craft and their customer service is exceptional and warm from proposal and scheduling through the installation.
Fair Mechanical has serviced and replaced several heat pump and HVAC systems for me over the years. Danny and his team are always responsive, professional, polite and clear about the work they perform. I highly recommend them.
I was led to this business by friendly neighborhood recommendations while in a tight pinch for help with our heating/coolant unit. Our heat went out all of the sudden in the middle of a cold snap and with our kids in the house, we were not looking forward to having to wait days while the temps dropped so low for a few days in a row. I was able to call late evening and they showed up the next morning. Luckily my husband had already ran through the list of things to check to see if we could fix it ourselves, but they still came by first thing in the morning to make sure everything was in fact okay and working right. The gentlemen who came by was awesome and very polite. 10/10 will recommend and keep in mind for any future problems if they may arise.
I originally found out about Fair Mechanical through a Virginia Beach moms group and I'm really glad I did. We bought our house last year and the AC system was seriously lacking so we knew we needed to get a new unit. Danny came out to look at what we needed and gave us multiple choices on AC units and answered all the questions we had. He even came back a second time to help us narrow down the right unit for us. Him and his guys came out to do the install, were respective of our space, and did a high quality job pretty quickly. We were very impressed with Danny, Lori and Fair Mechanical. Their customer service is truly superior. I highly recommend them for all HVAC needs!
