Great customer service!!
Adam was AWESOME! He was at our house just a few minutes after our call at night and had the issue fixed in a few short minutes. Very honest and fair. Will not hesitate to call this company again for any HVAC work. JOB WELL DONE and thank you for taking care of our issue.
Eagle Heating and Cooling. Adam Harmon and is team at Eagle Heating & Cooling we’re outstanding! I experienced a scary situation with my HVAC system which included having the fire department condemn the unit. I was lost on who I was going to get to work on my system and get me back up and running. Let’s be honest I LOVE my A/C and I cannot live without it. My neighbor recommended Adam & his team. I reached out the evening it happened and by 8am the next morning Adam was reaching back out to me. He was extremely fast getting to my house with his crew and analyzing the situation. When Terry returned to my home to complete the work he was very professional, knowledgeable and walked us through what he would be doing to replace our unit. I cannot say enough nice things about Adam, Terry and the rest of the team. I’m glad I hires them, they weee extremely nice, reliable, knowledgeable, professional and affordable! If you need work on your heating and cooling system give them a call, 10 out of 10 recommended!
I cannot say enough about how great the entire team is at Eagle Heating and Cooling. From the second I called I was immediately impressed with how sweet, professional, and understanding Sarah was. Adam was so responsive and I was blown away at the quick turnaround as well as the fair pricing. Terry is a true genius in all he does with HVAC. Jordan was very kind and they treated my home with such care. The team always kept me up to date with what they were doing, they cleaned up after themselves, and were so polite. I now have a brand new system in my home that I am so happy with. I 100% recommend Eagle Heating and Cooling!
terry dell was very respectful, knowledgeable, on time, and thorough. Went over all steps to what his repairs entailed. Very professional and personable i would recommend terry dell to anyone and this service to anyone based on his service he provided here today. terry dell went over everything in detail and had me inspect the repairs before calling it quits. terry dell provided a 10 out of 10 service today.
I am totally satisfied with the professional, personable and prompt service from Adam, Terry, John, Sarah and the entire Eagle Team! The installation of a complete new heating and air conditioning system was the best experience possible. I would highly recommend Eagle Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs. They go far beyond what I expected in today's often "impersonal" business world. I have never dealt with nicer people. For me, the Eagle was flying high!
Always good service
Very good experience with this company. We had a issue with our ac not getting up to temp. I called and someone was out within 45 minutes. Terry was the tech who came out, he was very kind and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain to me what was going on and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Definitely recommend.
I'm glad I called them to repair my ducts and vents, no regrets at all. Very professional and friendly. They will be my go to for repairs now.

We just change our HVAC and they did an excellent job.. Mr. Jim works professionallly, he is nice and trustworthy person. I would definitely recommend Eagle Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone.
This is a one man operation, so far as I know. He is kind, efficient, and one of those rare honest people that won't rip you off. My best AC experience yet.
Jim has serviced my HVAC for over 20 years. He is one of the most personable technicians I have ever dealt with and definitely the most trustworthy. All you have to do is call, leave your name and number and magically everything is right again. Two years ago, my original unit finally gave up the ghost. Jim gave me the best quote, ripped out the old unit so I could get my ducts cleaned, and installed a new unit the next day. I've had no trouble at all. Please stay in business for at least another 15 years until I sell. THANKS!!!
