The Duct Doctor team has been cleaning our multi-family dryer vents for the past few years and I keep coming back! There is just something to say about their service and their people. Both are outstanding and I couldn’t ask for a better company & team to work with! I know when the service is completed there is a peace of mind knowing it was done right and thoroughly and people are very customer oriented and down to earth good people. Nowadays it can be hard to find a good reliable company that actually cares about the quality of the work vs. the dollar. The Duct Doctor team truly cares, they were extremely professional, polite, and very thorough on cleaning our ductwork. I highly recommend Duct Doctor!
I had a great experience with Duct Doctor. They came out to do a dryer vent cleaning, the dryer vent runs are pretty long in my house and it vents pretty high outside (20+ feet) the team was prepared and had no problems with set up or cleaning and there were no extra costs for the long runs!
I've used these guys a few times now and have never been disappointed. I have a few rental properties and from the scheduling, customer interactions and to the quality of work it's always been above and beyond. They are my preferred duct and dryer vent cleaning company.
Beach weather season is fast approaching and I was thrilled the Duct Doctor of the DMV was able to get me scheduled within my timeframe. I booked an appointment for an air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning and was super pleased with the services and quality of work. The Duct Doctor of the DMV Team was awesome!! They showed up on time, were very professional, and were courteous of my home. They did a great job cleaning my dryer vent from the inside and out! I will definitely be using these guys again!!
I have used other Duct Cleaners in the past and not one has compared to Duct Doctor. The guys took me out to the Truck to demonstrate how the system works. It's impressive. Others brought portable vacuums into my home which reminded me of a carpet cleaning machine. The Duct Doctor Truck is a difference maker.
