Dave’s Air Conditioning, April, took my money on February 7, 2023 for a new Heating and Air conditioning Unit. Never installed always excuses. Requested my money back which they have not provided, my money, has been stolen.The company address I have found was closed and not licensed. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY.
In May of 2017, Daves HVAC replaced a heat pump at my property. *AND* they registered the warranty, which extended the coverage period an additional 5 years!!! When the compressor failed in April of 2023, we were able to save a lot of money when the manufacturer honored their extended warranty! Way to go Dave's Air Conditioning and Heating!
My air ducts, under the house were originally installed in the 1970's. I got bids from 3 companies. Dave's A/C & Heating was the most reasonable for the estimate, they went under the house and gave me a report as to the condition. I hired them to totally replace the ducts and was happy with their work. They were done in a day and 3/4 and cleaned up after themselves. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them again for heating and cooling issues in the future and highly recommend them.
We just recently bought a house and had issues with the A/C unit soon after. Two companies came out and told us that the unit was too small for the house because the house wouldn't cool and would run all day long. Dave's A/C and Heating was the company that put it in back in 2015. We called to see if they could help us out with why this size was put in and why it was signed off before closing by Dave's that everything was working properly, which we found out was not. I spoke with April every time that I called and eventually she informed us that they would swap the unit out with one that is a proper size for our house and provide us with the 10 year warranty. I honestly was so shocked and couldn't be more grateful for their amazing customer service. They did not have to do that but she explained to us that she didn't think it was fair for us to be in the middle. I would highly recommend Dave's and we will use them for service if/when we ever need someone. Thank you for being so amazing!
Dave's is by far one of the best companies I have ever used. They are extremely honest and their prices are very fair. They have come to my home to check a possible AC problem, didn't find one and did not charge for a service call. Now that's what I call exemplary customer service. Highly recommend Dave's for your HVAC needs.
We called Dave's yesterday and were pleased to be given an appointment today. We were told The tech would be at our home between 2 and 4. My husband took time off work and had to take an Uber to get home as he just had shoulder surgery. The tech never showed up or called. We called at 4 and they took our information but it is now 6 and we have not been contacted. 3 hours of work and an Uber ride lost for NOTHING! Don't trust them!!!
I got my second opinion on our water heater from them after having another companycompa and just look at it without really lifting a finger telling me that I just need a new water heater, charging me 80$. I'm glad I did! Very honest, nice people. Won't go to anyone else again!
They are quick to assist and are very reasonably priced. They are the only company I'll call now for any A/C or heating issues.
My AC stopped working last night, and April had me taking care of the next morning. Don knew the problem, and got the parts ASAP!! He had my AC up and running in no time!! I couldn't have asked for a better technician!! This is a good and honest company, and that's why I highly recommend Dave's!! Thank you, April and Don!!
I can't say enough nice things about Dave''s Air Conditioning and Heating. They've installed and maintained our heat pump system for over 25 years, and have always been there when we needed them. Last year, they replaced our old system. Recently, we discovered that a manufacturing defect had caused irreparable damage to most of the system. Dave's replaced the damaged components without question or pause. We really appreciate their professionalism and outstanding customer service.
Don came out and checked my unit there was nothing wrong with the unit . Don took the time to explain why the unit was not cooling properly and gave excellent suggestions. An amazing honest company! Found my HVAC company for life!
This company hires rock stars. I called about my air conditioning unit and it gets taken care of with a breeze. April was a huge help and answered any questions that I had. The techs are professional and courteous. They even took off there boots before entering my house. I had an air conditioner swap and new duct run under the house. I couldn’t thank you guys more, Thank you!
Performed a Service Check on heat pump and Air Handler. Freon measured on point, no leaks and units working well. Did not cause a problem which has happened with another company, or try to sell us something we don't need right now. Very personable. I've been using them for a few years now I am happy with their service and recommend them highly.
Wonderful service. Fast, courteous, reasonable and stand behind their work. Would not call anyone else for heating or cooling problems.
My landlord used them and after 3 years of the A/C not cooling it is back, and was an easy fix. When you call them they call you right back, so fast. They are very knowledgeable and efficient even helping and explaining things to me for future reference. Will definitely use them in the future.
