Gary is the best in the business! We are continuously finding issues from a previous company we used to work with and Gary has become our go-to guy. He has displayed is expertise in hvac and is able to diagnose and solve problems quickly and efficiently. He’s honest (which is huge!) I ask about potential options and he tells me whether that’s a viable option or no, don’t waste your money. He’s also just a pleasure to work with which is an added bonus! I highly recommend Climatemakers as all of their employees are knowledgeable however Gary is the man!
They are working to replace my HVAC after the warranty repair company diagnosed it. They are fixing all the problems that the other company created, and I look forward to working with them. What was supposed to be a simple freon charge to keep us going turned into a massive job that Garry absolutely did amazingly.
Garry was phenomenal; professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I called due to air leaking from ducts into my attic and was connected to him over the phone immediately. He was able to talk me through the problem over the phone before coming out the next day. Upon arrival, he walked me through the issue and gave me a full assessment, helping me to understand my options for professional repair/replacement work and what work I might be able to get done myself. Thanks Garry!

During our biannual maintenance I mentioned a small issue to our technician Steven Matthews. He went above and beyond to find the problem I mentioned. What I thought was a small problem would have been a big issue later. I’m very grateful for the excellent service.
We've had 3 ppl from Climate Makers come out and handle various issues with our old heating or cooling systems since we move here about a year ago. OLD house, OLD units. But Gsry has been the best by far. Knowledgeable, generous, and most of all efficient! I wouldn't let anyone else touch our systems from now on. This is a solid company.

Very professional and thorough. Garry was extremely knowledgeable and was very happy to answer all my questions and give me advice on how to maintain my old boiler. They seem very focused on customer service and doing the job right. Will certainly use them in the future.
i had a new HVAC installed today, inside and outside units. tony, dillon and jovan were literally 100% professional, courteous and respectful. my apartment is now blowing out cold air and i couldn't thank the 3 of them enough. from start to finish, including cleaning up and disposal of everything it was a great experience. if you lost any of these 3, your company would be losing very valuable assets. 5 stars and would not only recommend your company but all 3 of your representatives!!

I used to be extremely happy with this company but we had a tune up/seasonal check up to prep for the season, as soon as the temps got hot the AC couldn’t keep up. We called and asked if they’d send one to see if they missed anything. They said yes…starting $89. What was the point of the tune up service call I already paid for then?
I did not use thier service but the gentleman who came out to give me a quote on water heater was very knowledgeable and helpful If I would have needed any kind of service in the future I would use climate makers very honest about everything
We could not be more pleased with Climate Makers! From our initial call to completion of our project, they were very friendly, efficient, and did a wonderful job with our repair! Vincent and Dave were very knowledgeable, easy to work with and ensured everything was completed in a timely manner & done well. Vincent was very helpful in coordinating with the city inspection office and gas company to make our repair process very smooth. We would highly recommend them and will definitely contact them in the future for any additional projects we need done! Thank you Climate Makers!!!
Having bought a Carrier System, I tried local certified Carrier HVAC companies - epic fail. Climatemakers should have been my first call, terrific, thorough, smart and professional on any and all HVAC systems.
Gary is very thorough and does an excellent job with my seasonal maintenance. He doesn’t push unnecessary repairs and I feel confident I’ll get the most out of my existing HVAC system with his help.

The Climatemakers Team came to my home in Jan.2023 with the Knowledge and communicated with me about my 11 yr. old system vs. a new MUZ - WR24 Mitsubishi Mini split.Of course I chose a new system. In Feb.2023, The Climatemakers team came to my home and worked as a team to install the new system. So for this reason I really thank the Climatemakers team on a job well done.
