Chris and his team are the best in the area. I won't use anyone else as long as I live in Virginia Beach and he loves my dogs and doesn't mind that they help him!
Arrived right on time. Very professional. Christian and his team worked quickly and diligently and left everything clean. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Technician jason responded to an overflowing toilet that flooded our upstairs and had even started leaking through the ceiling downstairs, as an HVAC tech I completely understand required duties as well as go8ng the extra mile because you love what you do. Jason was a pleasure to work with fixed the issue and was very transparent throughout the service call. He made a bad situation feel normal and he was flawless and efficient on his work and approach thank you Jason and Chris mechanical!!!!!

price changed after 1st statement, left trail of attic installation on carpet, but air is working great and he was kind to my wife. will use your company again.
Great service,the only thing I didn’t like is charging diagnostic fee when I agreed on doing the job. Usually the diagnostic fee is deducted.
I have been using Chris mechanical for over a year now and have met a few techs who work there. Everyone has been extremely professional and friendly. They take me step by step what’s wrong and show me what they are doing to educate me. My husband has used them for 20+ years on all of his rental properties. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Jason was very knowledgeable and informed me of all that he was doing and why. He even gave me some tips on good maintenance to prevent issue occurring again.
There are a good group of people who work for Chris Mechanical. They are friendly and on time. They care about the customer and want you to be satisfied. Been using them for 15 years.
The whole experience with Chris Mechanical was awesome. The 2 young men Mike and Jeremiah were polite hardworking and did a great job on install and clean up. Greg was honest professional. The office personnel Brittany and Anna were always helpful and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs any help with their heat and ac units. I'd give them 10 stars🌟
These guys (THANK YOU GREG!!!) went ABOVE AND BEYOND in installing a new water heater. Showed up MUCH faster than I expected, took the time to explain what went wrong, completed the job efficiently and didn't cost me an arm and leg... Even got TWO follow up calls to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Need a repair? 10/10, this is WHO YOU CALL.

January 2018, my original unit went out during a heavy snow storm. They check my entire system and found I was missing several leaves (Dominion). They asked was my stove and dryer working at compacity? It wasn't but I had no idea what was wrong. I had a previous HVAC company to come out two days before and they took 2 minute in attic and said I needed a new unit. Greg, told me what to tell Virginia Power. I called the next day. It took Virginia Power several days to prepare their end. Chris Mechanical Service put my new unit in made sure all wires were connected and running the way it should. My previous unit didn't put out the heat that this new unit does. I was having my previous unit serviced twice a year. I will always recommend this company to everyone I know. I truly trust them. September 8, 2029..They said they were returning and recheck the until to make sure it was working and that I was satisfy. And they did return and check it out and Christian was nice to change my filters. I have been pleased with them for two years. May 5, 2023 They installed a new water tank. They lift tank off the floor and installed a drain pain and ran a pipe out side. This was never done with previous water tank. I am very well please with this company. They will suggest things you may need or not need. But leave it up to you.
I purchased a home and Chris Mechanical was paid by the seller to perform a specific job. They had to be called out twice for the same job. The job was still not right but I did not catch it until I closed. They said that once payment was received from the previous seller, they would come fix what they did not fix initially....long story short, they lied and refused to come back (after payment was received). Instead of standing on their work and word and fixing their mess up, they told me to use my home warranty instead. Knowing the issue was something that could hurt my child, they still refused. They are horrible and liars!!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB and if they see this, they know exactly who it is because I told them the same. You just want the money but don't care about the customer. You're 🗑
Greg came to fix our water heater he was amazing and very professional! He did a wonderful job and is very knowledgeable. He was quick and friendly. Highly recommend.
