Death on wheels. Dec. 16 2022 about 1:30 pm. Right around Fort Eustis, I and several other cars in the left lane. In this area, commercial vehicles are prohibited in the left lane. I and others in the lane are already doing 70 in a 60 mile an hour zone. Atlantic truck in the left lane came flying up on my rear end, making me cringe because I thought I was getting ready to be hit. The last minute this truck swerved around me into the right lane sped up and then quickly jerked back over into the left lane, causing the truck it cut off to lock up its brakes. This, in turn, caused all of us to hit our brakes. I immediately went in pursuit of this dangerous driver. In the following picture I took, the van immediately swerved back over into the right lane, causing me to have to hit my brakes to avoid a collision. The van then continued at a high rate of speed, swerving in another traffic. There is a lot more to this story, but I called the 1 800 Number on the Van reported it and also, once I got to my destination, I did an online report to the Virginia state police. Also we'll be sending a report to the Better Business Bureau as well.
Haven't used them. leaving this review because one of there pick up trucks was holding up 64 real bad because they were left lane camping next to an 18 wheeler.
On time and on task. Receptive to customer input. Brought and installed the parts I needed. Right the first time. First class!
They put old equipment in that didn't stand up to time!

If your looking for a service oriented company, this one falls short. I asked for an HVAC estimate for a small nail salon. Took me two weeks and a few pleading phone calls to get an estimate. Once we were ready to have the work done, they lost the estimate and refused the job stating the only HVAC mechanic they had had retired (which I can understand). Not sure what's going on Atlantic but you might have better luck elsewhere, at least for a while.
Go to interview for a job to support my family. At the interview all I was asked about was the operations of my prior company . Very unprofessional to be told they have a hold on new hires . After being told I had the job going to 3 interviews only to be asked questions about another company's operations. Very unprofessional
I have used Atlantic several times including Atlantic potties. They are always on time and provide great services across the board. The potties are well maintained and the weekly service is much better than most other companies. Well established business that knows what they are doing.
Chris Miller is a great plumber and took care of my backflow prevention testings. Have used and known about this company for years and you can’t beat the knowledgeable staff that is on hand with this firm .
I recently went through a nightmare situation with my home warranty (HMS) company and there local HVAC company. I have not had working AC for 2 months and the local HVAC company had decided the only answer was to replace the whole system and the warranty company would only cover a portion of the expense. I reached out to Atlantic Heating and Cooling for a second opinion (out of my pocket because HMS would not do a second opinion). Not only did they not take advantage of the situation. They resolved my issue with a simple service call. Noted that I have a unique system that requires a special tech and would follow up with a contact that could assist me in the future if I had issues. The other company had 4 different techs come out with no resolution insight. Thank you for your integrity and highly skilled staff.
