So I had been contacted around 11pm asking about what was going on. I answered the next morning around 7 he had asked me if I would be home told him yes. He didn’t contact me until 2pm and said I will be over in 20 mins which had turned into 1 and half later. He told me that he would send people out the next day before or around 10am. He texted me at 12:30 telling me that they were 30 mins away but didn’t get to my house until 1:40. The guys did a great job and jumped right to it. But this is so unprofessional as a company to make someone wait around for 2 days for hours! If you have to time to just wait then go for it.
These dudes absolutely were the best! Joe & Aaron came out late and didn’t leave till it was fixed. Our nest thermostat stopped working and needed replacement with a better one. It’s 80 degrees outside and humid and I am very pregnant and uncomfortable in the heat. They came right out. They were straight forward and super helpful. Can’t thank them enough!!
I am very pleased with these folks. Nick was a professional and treated us well. He got our HVAC issues solved quickly on a Saturday at a reasonable price.
These guys work hard and it doesn't matter what time of day or night they will respond. I have filled my bathtub up for the first time in 20 years with a STEADY FLOW of HOT WATER. A+ A + A+ DEAL WITH CONFIDENCE!!!!!THX YOU ALL CONYERS SERVICES!
I have used All Conyers Service for years and have always had a great experience. They’re always on time and get the job done quickly. Highly recommend these professionals. Scott and his crew are top notch.
I had a brand new gas pack installed and it looks great, runs great and it was done in a very reasonable time frame. After being jerked around for a year by someone else they fixed my long standing issue of getting a unit ordered and installed within a week and I am super happy with it
It is a nightmare trying to shore up a time to get them to a job. Then it takes over a week to get it done! It is still not completed!
Edit: Since my original post, I have had 2 positive Service experiences. The unit at my rental home "froze up". Scott went out that week to make sure everything was working. More recently, I returned home on a Saturday to find my unit completely off. Scott was quick to respond to my text and had someone out within the hour to get it back up and running. The process of two new unit installs was frustrating but so far a positive experience on service. It took 2 calls for Scott to call me back about a quote which should have been my first warning. Scott was quick to come out to quote my job and provided the best out of 3 quotes I received. From there, the communication, responsiveness and sense of urgency ended. I had to follow up every step of the way to make sure the parts were ordered and the install was scheduled. The team was scheduled to come out on a Thursday morning for my install. I waited around and finally followed up when I hadn't seen or heard from anyone by late morning. Because it was supposed to rain Thursday afternoon, Scott asked if they could come Friday instead. I waited around on Friday and someone finally came in the late afternoon, but only to prepare the install. He was just given a couple of parts to prepare in the attic and wasn't informed of the full job to be done. So that I wouldn't be left without heat over the weekend, he didn't start the job. I was promised the team would be out first thing Monday to complete the install. They finally showed up around 2pm Monday and worked until almost 8pm to finish the job. The Manager on site wasn't informed about parts of the job and I luckily was there to tell him. Someone had to come back out 3 more times to finish things that I found incomplete. Months later, I noticed that the condensation pipe was dripping down the side of the house at the foundation and on several wires. I asked Scott to extend/finish the pipe and he said he was sending someone out. No one ever came. I took care of it my
I've needed to call All Conyers a few times for various things regarding my A/C unit and each time Scott has responded quickly and professionally.
I was referred to this company by a good friend of mine and his mother regarding heating and air conditioning service. After years of being ripped off by Michael and Son Scott came and looked at the a/c unit in my mom's house. He kept it going another year or two before it recently failed completely and of course on the hottest day of the year. It was determined that the entire system needed replacement and Scott and his crew got the job done in no time. Thank you Scott to you and your crew for being so prompt in getting my mom's house cool again since she has difficulty breathing in the heat due to COPD. I definitely recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.
It was a misunderstanding between Conyer and the warranty company
Unprofessional & unreliable.No show, no response on several phone calls or texts. I did mention that my kids gare getting sick because of the heat especially my son who gets bloody nose with heat temperature but they just don't care if you get heat exhaustion or heat stroke
Scott and his company were scheduled to Service/Repair our AC System today between 7am-11am. I had to work so my oldest son (a full-time college student) stayed home to wait for Scott to show up. Scott was in contact with my son throughout the day saying "they were on their way." Today it was 95 degrees ("feels like 100" with humidity index). A little after 6pm I arrived home from work to a very HOT house with eight children and four dogs still waiting for Scott to arrive. Scott was a NO SHOW and doesn't answer his phone and voice mailbox is full. It honestly would have been more professional of you, Scott, to just tell my son you had no intention of coming to our home today, then we could have made other arrangements.
After an astronomical estimate from a larger company well known in VB I called Scott for a very difficult job. We needed all new duct work in 2 systems and needed it fast. He was able to do it for almost half the price and got it all done for us so we could move into our house.They also installed a dehumidifier under the house for us. My favorite tech is Phil by far he was awesome. Definitely will use them for my future HVAC and electrical needs.

I was lucky enough to be recommended Scott who came over for a second opinion after another company said my whole HVAC needed to be replaced. Scott came over same day and immediately fixed a small issue with the outdoor unit that was missed. Everything is working fine again and he saved me from having to replace the whole HVAC. He was also very professional and followed up throughout the day since we had not had AC for the couple days before that. Very responsive. I’ll definitely be contacting them again for any future repairs
Scott and his team were professional and assisted me tremendously. I had several home issues and not only did they fix everything I asked of them including installing a new HVAC and replacing my dryer vent, but they even assisted me in some things normally outside of their scope. I would recommend them to anybody in the Hampton Roads area who are looking for quality work for a reasonable price. Five out of five stars. -Chris N.
They are very unprofessional and rude they came to our condminiyms and blocked the onky exit in and out refused to move for anyone had to call towtrucks and law enforcement . worker was making threats ect. Dont recommend anyone to use their service uf you have any family professional or ethical values
I called Scott when I had a thermostat problem in 2013. He quickly diagnosed & fixed the problem for a nominal charge I was happy to pay. When I asked if I should go ahead a replace my aging HVAC system he said “no reason to fix if it isn’t broken “ which it wasn’t. In 2021 it broke. Called Scott who responded quickly & I needed a new system. Mine was 34 years old and dead lol...Arranged to have new system installed at a very reasonable price. The new HVAC system installed by Matt and Joe was better than ever ! These guys are fast, efficient, and SUPER clean. It was as if they were never here except for the new system they installed. Kudos to this team of technicians. I have great confidence in All Conyers Service :)
Matt and Cody installed my new A/C unit while i was deployed in South Korea..the service and understanding was great..thank you guys..i will highly recommend this business.
