Called with an issue and they came put 2 hours later, fixed the issue quick, cheap and expertly, this isnt my first time using them and every time has been awesome. Our technician Chris has been awesome, fixing the issue and being honest about it not trying to upsell or lie. Absolutely recommend!
Absolute comfort hearing and cooling is extremely professional and provides timely service! Sam provided high-quality and top notch service and was super kind during the professional interaction. I have been a customer for over 2 years, and I highly recommend making this company your primary HVAC company. They take care of you if your system has any issues, even providing after hours consult services. I have had continuously wonderful interactions with the entire staff, and we will be certainly staying customers for years to come because of their knowledge level as well as customer service.

Couldn’t be more pleased with Absolute Comfort after needing a new HVAC system. Philip our service technician came by to assess our old HVAC system, and was stellar in letting me know all the ins and outs in a way I could understand. Extremely professional and personable! Our installers Chris and Brendan were also extremely helpful and professional, and got the job done in one day. They too helped break down our new system in a way I could comprehend. Props to the team at Absolute, I would recommend anyone to use their services!
I use Absolute for installation/maintenance and always great service. Phil is very knowledgeable and responsive, any issue we have we give him a call and comes right out. Great service and can’t recommend enough especially if the issue is pressing, he will turn on a dime and make sure you are taken care of.
Absolute Comfort has taken SUPERB care of me as a customer. From our new install on a 3ton Trane unit in August 2022, to having small issues and needing help. Timely, thorough
We got a completely new system put in our older, somewhat challenging, two-story house in Norfolk. I couldn't be more pleased with the crew, and the top-notch equipment they installed. I'm not looking forward to weeks on end of 95°+, but it is a major relief knowing we will be comfortable. Thank you!
I highly recommend Absolute. Our air conditioning was not working and Chris came right over - immediately diagnosed the problem and took care of it in short order. I also have a maintenance contract and usually Sam takes care of the regular maintenance of our units. He does a great job - friendly and to the point. I also like how they text me with the photo and name of the technician when he is on the way to our house. I would not use any other company.
We called not really knowing the what the issue was. Sam and Phil we're ready to handle what ever came up. They found solutions to every issue and even addressed a safety issue due to a great not being attached to the AC. Hope we don't have see them again for any emergency issues but glad we could find a trust worthy crew.
